We arranged the airport pick up through the hotel, Bruno picked us up, he was a lovely man and very informative of things in the room and of Rome.
The room was lovely, we had one with the spa bath.

The location is well placed , good for walking around Rome. Close to main attractions.
There was hairs on the floor , also on the bed. Overall could use a but more cleaning. Air cinditioning weak, plus i dont think it has been cleaned in a very long time.
