The property was newly refurbished, great location, easy to locate and easy to access. I really liked some of the design features.
We were 3 adults that stayed in a studio apartment in 4th floor. It was compact with sofa bed out but it works for a weekend.
The customer feedback regarding creating a keycard in level K was invaluable. We were concerned about our phones running out of battery.
I did not give this a full score as I was expecting a little more than bare minimum.
In the listing it say that they supply toiletries. So we did not bring basics like shampoo and conditioners. Only toiletries available was hand soap and body wash. It was nice that this was Rituals but it would have been nice if shampoo and conditioners were supplied.
Furthermore like most accommodations whether hotel, Airbnb or B&B rooms usually come with some tea, coffee, sugar etc. It would be nice if that was included.
Because of this I did not give it a full score

A fantastic place to stay -- excellent interior design and comfort; excellent amenities; excellent location.
The shower does have water overflow into the bathroom, and so that should be improved.

Good location, lovely old building with lots of character
Purchased a room that was advertised as a double bed plus a sofa bed as me and my partner were staying with our 3 year old son (when booking I stated there was 3 of us coming). Once booked the property contacted me and stated I had to pay 600NOK extra for us of the sofa bed despite booking a room that clearly had one advertised.
Also checking in process was a faff, all contactless, no humans and no check in desk. Arrived earlier than 3pm and all doors locked and unable to enter property despite putting in on the app we would be arriving before 3. No where to even leave luggage or use toilet. Luckily saw cleaner who let us in.
