Pretty good stay overall. Room was pretty spacious and had a couch, fridge and AC. All was in good shape. It was quiet and dark in the room. Lots of free parking close by, please note that Google Maps will not show you where to go correctly. Map to for parking and take the stairs down: 37°33'49.9"N 22°48'42.4"E
Owner did not speak English but that was okay. Not easy to find.

The location is very good, next to a church and a free parking lot, with a beautiful view of the port from the balcony. When looking for the Vista del Mare you should go to the church (Evaggelistrias, from the 25is Martiou street) in front of which there is also the parking lot, some GPSs try to direct you there through the narrow streets from the town side where you get stuck.
There is a kitchenette but unfortunately without a coffee maker or an electric kettle, boiling water for tea or instant coffee has to be prepared in a saucepan on a small electric heater, both available there.

the balcony is perfect to relax.
The bed is very unconfortable, we hardly slept because of the squeaking. It screams for replacement.

I got a place to sleep with running water and AC. I also got free water and it was possible to stay in kinda okay conditions.
Firstly the room was very spacey. Spacey when you do the photos in 0.5 camera angle but in real life you would have a problem to hide a rat there. Bed was highly uncomfortable, my back hurts in same way as my brain when I got inside this room. What's more the lights in the bathroom didn't quite work. I Mean it did but when you sit down on the toilet it started to flick uncontrollably. Only when you were on the toilet. I was thinking to make that a positive thing because I could feel like in Stranger Things but I got scared after that. Lastly apartment was "with view on mountains". Only mountains I had seen was my girlfriend's ass when she layed on her belly. Not quite what I expected but that's a win lose situation.
