Welcome to Beachfront #12, an absolute beachfront villa with pool, spa and direct beach access. Set across two levels, this family-friendly home has wonderful views to be enjoyed from both levels. The home enjoys fabulous ocean views from the Master and King bedroom upstairs and has an open-plan living area downstairs. Open the large stacker doors, and the indoor space merges organically with the outdoor living spaces. Relax by the pool, lounge in the cabana, or send the kids to play on the beachfront lawn. The galley-style kitchen includes commercial-style ILVE appliances, dual wine fridges and is ideal for families. The large open plan living and dining room open up onto a spacious pool terrace and outdoor dining area. Pool and spa enjoy fantastic ocean views. Outdoor lounges overlooking the pool are ideal for parents to relax while keeping an eye on the children. The master suite includes an open ensuite with a freestanding bath which enjoys stunning ocean views, a large wardroom and private balcony. This room also has a door to access the adjoining bedroom if required. King bedroom has stunning ocean views and direct balcony access. The Queen bedroom with a large ensuite is located near the fourth bedroom, which is perfect for parents to keep an eye on younger children. Bedroom 4 features two single beds and is well suited for young children. Four of the five bedrooms have their own well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 5 is located on the main level; it features a queen-size bed and suits anyone unable to climb stairs. This home is perfect for family and friends sharing, intimate health retreats and maintaining fitness while away on holidays, special occasions, family reunions, and detoxing and unwinding from city life. My wife and I stayed at Sapphire Beach in August 2020 and we ABSOLUTELY loved it. The property and location are nothing short of stunning and the sunrises over the ocean were spectacular. The property was everything advertised and more and it was the comfortable and relaxing place we have stayed in the world. Monique was great in supporting our every need and it was great knowing she was just a couple of doors away. The neighbors were wonderful and got us a great drone shot of a pod of 20+ dolphins we could see from the yard. The beach is quiet and secluded which we found wonderful. Sapphire Beach rivaled our 2-week honeymoon in Italy last year - and I am not exaggerating. We highly recommend Sapphire Beach and we will be back!!!! Thank you and God Bless!!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful property. It was well appointed, spotlessly clean and as the listing pictures. Monique was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Lots of spaces to relax in and enjoy the views and garden. The house is spacious with wonderful natural light. Spa was a great way to relax each evening!

The location is perfection !!! We stayed from Thursday To Sunday for a wedding event with my parents siblings and children no one got under each other’s feet plenty of room and no waiting on bathrooms ! The best feature the garden wish we had more time out there at least we managed a nice long lunch and breakfast with a breathtaking ocean view. We would visit again for sure, more than a home away from home. Thank you

Loved the house and it had everything for a big family/ families. The spa got a workout each night and we caught bream off the beach in the morning! Good gated community/security Apple TV meant we could Foxtel Go the footy too😊

We had an amazing stay everything was so organised and so clean. The property manager was very helpful and made sure our stay was everything we hope do it to be. Lives up to it name as a luxury beach house. Would recommend this to everyone and will definitely be back again.
