About this apartment rental
This property is conveniently located near the center of Oak Bluffs and with many great restaurant and out door activity, all within walking distance from the property. You can also walk to different fast ferry terminals to visit Nantucket, Falmouth or Rhode Island. If you like water sport, you can rent jet ski, paddle board from one of the rental which is located one block away from the property. There is public fishing pier located directly across from the property or you can go fishing with one of the party boats. Many beautiful beaches on the island can be reached within minutes.

Amazing location right in the heart of Oak Bluffs! Easy entry. Great balconies overlooking the ocean. Wonderful kitchen and great TV. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the water. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Despite the busyness of the area, the apartment was quiet. We did need to provide our own shampoo and body wash. The host was responsive to our questions.

Here’s a breakdown of the positives and negatives which is why we would give it a 3.5:Positives1. Location location location- across the street from ferry, walking distance to bus stops and downtown, Nextdoor to excellent restaurant with incredible taco Thursday deals2. Amazing sunrise in the morning right from your living room and balcony3. Many updates with new kitchen, bathroom, floors and built ins4. Easy check in once we figured out how to get the doors/ locks openNegatives1. With all the updates some were not done well. The outlet in bathroom wasn’t working and it was where the ONLY mirror in the place was! There was a storm that came through and water came into the living room through the door on the balcony that appeared to be brand new. We had to put towels on floor to soak up. No screens in windows so couldn’t open to let fresh air in. 2. We saw other reviews about towels so were happy we brought our own. There were towels but one was just thrown onto cubby which made me question how clean they were. 3. No paper towels in kitchen only a dirty sponge in sink. No pots, pans, utensils, etc4. Curtains are black and look like they had bleach stains on themThis is a bare bones place. Not much in terms of comforts but great if you want a good location and don’t need to spend much time at place. Also important to note that the shower is updated but has a high tub which could make it difficult for anyone with hip or leg problems to get in and out of.
