The heart of the home features a warm living room anchored by a classic fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the lake or slopes. A separate family room and a quiet den off the master suite offer additional space for entertainment or remote work. Whether you're gathering for a meal in the formal dining room or enjoying a casual breakfast in the sunlit nook off the kitchen, this home is designed for connection.

Primary Suite: A restful sanctuary featuring a King bed and a private den area.
Guest Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a second King bed.
Guest Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or singles with two Twin beds.
Bonus Room(4th bedroom off of the primary): Equipped with a comfortable Sofa Bed/Futon for extra guests.
Bathrooms: 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms, including a convenient half-bath on the main level.

Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.
Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans; while A/C is rare in Tahoe, we’ve provided fans to keep that fresh mountain air circulating!

Great property with two pools and an awesome hiiing trail very close walking distance. Very comfortable cabin with everything you need for a relaxing week. Thanks for letting us stay!

7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids enjoyed this vacation rental. The sleeping accommodations were a bit tight for everyone, but there were plenty of bathrooms and living space. The 4th bedroom isn’t really a bedroom and the pullout couch didn’t really meet our needs, but we made it work. We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and very usable and we did several meals at home. There was a large living room, a dining area, a den with a second dining area a nice patio, plenty of seating inside and out. There were games and puzzles which were enjoyed. The private beach was nice, but was more of a dock than a beach. There were nice chairs, shade to sit in and we were able to launch our paddle board and swim off the end of the dock. However, there was no sand or water entry from shore. The furniture in the rental was dated but functional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely return. Hoping having this info helps other families.
