Nestled in North Eastham, this attractive cottage for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You’ll be calmed by the sound of the surf at this classically charming cottage set just 50 yards from Campground Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Spacious rooms, wood floors, bead board, and a perfect location make this cottage a fantastic setting for unwinding with your family, a girls’ getaway, or a golf adventure. The comfortable family room has a bank of bay-facing windows that let in lots of light. The first floor bedroom with queen bed faces wildflower gardens and a private sandy play space for the kids. The screened sun porch has a wicker chair and a couch, as well as a dining table for seven. Together they provide a perfect space for relaxing with a good book and a tall, icy beverage. The spacious upstairs bedrooms; the bay-facing bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two queen beds, bring the total cottage accommodations to eight happy vacationers. We recently stayed at Charles and Paula's place in Eastham, MA, over Thanksgiving week, and it was a wonderful experience. The rental was ideally located, offering easy parking, which was a huge convenience. The best part was its proximity to the beach - a short walk led us to stunning seaside views, perfect for relaxing strolls. The house was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and homely. It was the ideal retreat for our family visit to Cape Cod. The peaceful surroundings and easy access to local attractions added to our memorable holiday. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod.

This cottage, just yards away from Cape Cod Bay, was a perfect getaway for our group (4 adults).
After spending time in Boston, and Halloween in Salem. We wanted a few days to relax and recharge before heading home. So a few days on the Cape is what we needed!
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom is extremely tiny, but it serves its purpose.
There is plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. There is an enclosed porch, as well as a deck. Both have picnic tables.
We had a great stay at this beautiful property. We will definitely look for it next time we are on the Cape.

Well maintained property. The house had a warm, charming feeling. The house is small and I think would be uncomfortable for more than three or four people. You can see bay from the upstairs bedroom. Very nice in the morning!

So close to the beach! It would be great for small children! It was a mostly cold, rainy weekend but we had one sunny afternoon and got to enjoy the deck and porch. We would love to go back with our grandchildren in the summer.

The window air conditioners are a big plus during the height of the summer. However, we found that the breeze of the water did a great job keeping the house cool during our stay.
There is lots of room available in the 3-season room and on the deck. We love the Cape and Eastham in particular.

We really enjoyed our stay here. In late April it was as quiet as could be! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the entire Cape, and it is quite close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which we thoroughly enjoyed biking. The view of the bay from the deck and one of the second floor bedrooms is wonderful, and being able to walk a few steps to the Bay beach (for sunset) is great. We also really appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen since we cooked all of our meals. One note: The stairs to the 2 second floor bedrooms are very steep, so they could be a challenge for those who are not so nimble. (Bathroom is on first floor.) We actually ended up moving down to the very comfortable first floor bedroom after the first night.

Spacious house , with comfy beds, kitchen full of what you need and a deck with a grill and plenty of seating - shaded or sunny (open up the umbrella for shade!) We felt like we had our own private bird sanctuary behind us - we were entertained every morning!! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach, we just grab our towels and walked over to Campground beach for a swim - yes, even in May the water was warm enough, in a refreshing way! And, then came back and rinsed off in the outdoor shower.
Located close enough to route 6, to restaurants and to take a day trip to P- Town or Chatham. We did both!
Loved everything the house had to offer and can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful stay
Loved this cottage. The location is perfect for proximity to the beach. The cottage is furnished comfortably and has a real Cape feel. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. Just a couple of things that could be mentioned in the listing.
Make it clear that if you like to cook, there are no condiments or spices, aside from salt and pepper. Otherwise there are adequate supplies of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Bar soap was also not provided for the shower and should be mentioned in the description.

A perfect getaway
This was our first getaway since the start of the pandemic. While I felt a bit nervous to book a trip, this ended up to be perfect. The cottage is fantastic. The location is excellent. A perfect getaway.
Being off season, it was very quiet and serene at the cottage. But even on season, the layout of the property would allow for privacy. The cottage itself was so sweet. There were water views from many vantage points. The porch, deck, and multiple sitting areas were awesome. The kitchen had everything you might need. While the bathroom was small, there is a large outdoor shower. The downstairs bed, where my husband and I stayed, was extremely comfortable. The view from upstairs was beautiful. There was heat for the days we needed it. The only slight issue we had was the lock box for the house key. It was hard to unlock upon arrival, and even harder to lock back up upon departure. A very minor glitch in a fantastic, perfect getaway. Highly recommended!!

Perfect spring break escape
With COVID still looking, we wanted an easy getaway that would allow us to still social distance but feel like we were on vacation. This cottage was perfect. Right at the beach with tons to do. While it was too cold to be a beach vacation, we biked in the National Seashore, walked around Provincetown, visited lighthouses and had quality family time. I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Spot
We stayed here for a long weekend and it was lovely. We only wish the weather had been warmer and drier so we could enjoy the deck. The view from the upstairs bedroom and location were both fantastic. One note - I think the photos here might be outdated as there are actually two double beds in the upstairs bedroom rather than a twin (so don't bring twin sheets like we did!).
