About this house rental
Located in Destin, this charming house for $641 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. House designed to entertain! Space for guests to spread out - you won't feel cramped! 300 steps (900 ft) - walk one block to Tarpon Public beach access! Lots of great outdoor space with a large, private, heat (available) inground pool, firepit, grill and fenced/private backyard. Even with the large pool, there is room for kids to run in the backyard or to play games, shaded by the trees. Pool size is 18'x32' and pool can be heated from October thru May for an additional pool heat fee of $50/day (please request when booking). There are two separate family/living rooms and three balconies - top floor balcony is a great tanning/sun deck for privacy but still able to hear the ocean waves. Plenty of space to spread out and vacation as well as come together as a family or group! Located in a quiet, residential, safe neighborhood great for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Less than 1 mile to Destin Commons with shopping, Whole Foods, movie theatre and restaurants. The kitchen has new/updated kitchen appliances & 2 sets of stackable washers and dryers for guests use. Wonderful time in Destin. Home worked well for our family of 8. So nice to be just 1 block from the beach. Nice neighborhood and as a family we enjoyed our meals around large kitchen table and spend most of our time together on middle floor. We were disappointed pool was not heated due to maintenance issues but ower was apologetic.

We were in Destin for a family celebration. This home was perfect for us, our grown children/spouses and two young grandsons. The home had a great set up for a large group but still had cozy spots when someone wanted their own quiet space. The pool was a hit and we were also super close to the beach. Everyone had a great time and we’d love to come back!

This absolutely beautiful home is just walking distance from the beach! It had all of the most important accommodations for our family. We all came to Destin from different locations to spend a week together; since the kids are grown they each have their own families and (we even took great grandma) everyone had their own room with cozy beds and bedding and even their own bathroom. Towels and beach-towels provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash~ of the plenty!!! The pool (lots of toys!) was perfect for the kiddos, and it just felt like every single detail was so well thought out! It was nice to arrive and have enough toiletries, coffee, towels, etc. to get started and the dishes, mugs, glassware silverware was always enough to accommodate ALL of us at each meal. My favorite part was the huge table that we could all sit around together at mealtime. Well….no, I must admit it was being at the beach together each and every single day, watching sunsets and sunrises, listening to the waves crash into the beach, watching little ones experience the ocean for the very first time, and just taking it all in away from the chaos and dizziness everyday (the non vacation days) life throws our way. I am certain that we were fortunate enough 2 have had hostess with the mostest!!

We( a family of 14) really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Small issues were fixed quickly and all was wonderful We were pleased with the pool accessories and the beach equipment. We’ve been to destin with our family for at least 5 years and this is the first home we’d go back to. Thank you for the memories.

Our family enjoyed staying for our summer vacation. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach and the house was perfectly setup with more than enough room for everyone to have space and enjoy. The pool was perfect for night time swimming. Everyone enjoyed the place from our young teenagers to their grandparents. Would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The wife and I took our three grown children along with their spouse and our grandchildren for vacation. The house was perfect as all family members had their own bedrooms and the grandchildren got to all sleep in one with the two bunk beds in it. One block so you can walk to the beach. As well the private pool made it nice in the evenings to wind down and have quite family time. The property management teams was absolutely awesome as well. Already looking foreword to going back again.

The set up in the house was perfect. We had children from 2 1/2 to 10. The floor plan worked out great for our family. The top floor had bunks and two bedrooms for the parents. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The second floor was a great gathering space plus a master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliance were very good. Then the bottom floor had two bedrooms and a gathering place. It worked out well for the adults without children. The large pool was heated and used the entire visit. The owners were helpful and available for questions. We will definitely go back again.

The property was amazing, it fit all our needs and was well supplied with items needed for a stay. We were so happy with the location, close to the beach, shopping and the harbor for our fantastic dolphin cruise and jet ski tours. We really had a great time. Having the pool with the house was great for our family too. Excellent communication with owners.

Sadly, it didn't start out very well. We arrived RIGHT at check-in and as soon as we walked in, I could tell the cleaning crew had NOT finished. Beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned, floors not swept, cleaning closet left wide open. I was so confused. I contacted Kristin and Ryan right away and they did their very best to accommodate us....even paying for us to go out to dinner so the cleaning crew could finish. Even still, I wasn't completely confident in if they had really done a deep clean.
The house it's self was great for our large family. We had 12 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 and we had lots of space to be together and have some alone time when needed. We loved that it was such a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, but honestly didn't use it as much as I thought we would. We loved coming home from the beach and jumping in the pool as well.
With 16 people we accumulated lots of garbage....so did the group before us. The garbage cans were NOT taken to the street for pick up, so we had NO PLACE to put our garage until next garbage day (4 days away). Kristin and Ryan again, listened to our problem and had the garbage picked up and emptied the next day.
At the end of the week, we had created so many memories that the few hiccups at the beginning didn't seem as upsetting. We were grateful for a place to gather, a place to lay our heads at night, and the cozy home feel it provided.

We just completed our 2nd family vacation here. The house is roomy, clean and up to date. We think the best feature is the generous pool size with lots of shade from the hot sun. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the pool area and a shady spot for grilling and eating. Couldn’t be more pleased with the property!

My family and I have a great time staying at crystal beach! The pool area is awesome and a short walk to the beach. Our cable/wifi went down midway through the week and it wasn’t fixed until the morning we left, so that was disappointing, but overall our stay was very good.

Great Stay, No Regrets
Wow, this house is big and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. There wasn’t just a tiny bit until you could get to the store, the necessities were stocked. Our family enjoyed every bit of it. Fantastic pool that has everything you need. So much seating, both inside and out. We are a group of 5 families and we had plenty of rooms and privacy. We can’t wait to return.
As a side note, this house is great for ones that are completely mobile. You enter the house and need to do a full set of stairs to get to main floor. Usually not a problem but severely broke my foot just before vacation.
The owners were great to deal with and very helpful.

For annual family trip we chose this house. 8 adults and 5 kids. Everyone enjoyed this place. Pool was great and a short walk to the beach.

This property and the owners were everything we could have asked for! The owners were very cordial and accommodating. The property was not only in a great location, but also was well maintained and perfectly equipped for the beach and pool. Perfect Extended Family Gathering
This property is perfect for any group that wants to get away. The house is organized perfectly for multiple families or other groups to have privacy but also spend time together. The heated pool was perfect and very clean. The walk to the beach is very short and manageable, even with infants. The property manager is also very receptive to issues that might arise while staying on the property. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
