Situated in Destin, this lovely house for $1,295 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beach Break is a luxury custom three story home with an additional carriage house located behind the main house. Nestled in Kokomo Kove, just steps to the beach, this fabulously upscale home is sure to delight you new furnishings, flat screen TVs throughout, crown molding, fine lighting as well as all the finest trimmings! Upon entering Beach Break, on the left you will find a queen bedroom that can serve as a master with fine bedding, an en-suite full bathroom with a single vanity, and a jet tub and shower combo. To the right, you'll see a second bedroom with a queen bed. There is another full bathroom accessible from the hall finished with a glass shower fully equipped with a rainforest shower head as well as a handheld shower head and a single vanity with an upscale sink. To the rear of the house you will find a media room with two unique murphy beds that fold down from the wall. One is a queen and the other is a twin and they both have luxury thick mattresses. This room boasts access to the rear entry by the pool and sundeck. On the 2nd floor of the main house, you will find the incredible chefs' kitchen with everything you need to cook in style along with a Viking four burner gas stove which also has a BBQ grill and flat grill built into it, a large stainless fridge and freezer, a great wine fridge, built in wine rack, two ovens, a counter prep sink, and a large and deep stainless farmers sink. There is a convenient half bath in the hall of the 2nd floor just opposite a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the exquisite teak dining table with plenty of seating next to the kitchen or sit around the exotic imported blue bahia granite kitchen counter. Just across from the dining area, the living room offers a quiet retreat with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, built in bookcases, a new sofa sleeper with two beautiful coastal chairs and access to the front balcony where you will find a 2 patio tables and chairs. Away from it all, you will find the king master bedroom on the third floor with fine bedding, a private master bathroom finished out with travertine and granite, a jet tub with a flat screen TV built in to watch as you relax, a separate walk in tile and glass shower with rainforest shower head, separate water closet, his and hers vanities with granite counters, and a master closet fit for a king and queen. Down the hall, you will find a triple bunk bed with three twin beds each having their own tv. The 3rd floor also offers a balcony facing the east and another facing the west so you won't have any problems seeing the sun rise or set over top of the beautiful crystal beaches. In between the main house and the carriage house is the oasis where you will find a private pool and whirlpool that has heating available for a daily or weekly fee. Your serenity pool is very large and provides plenty of room for all. With lots of seating options, you will have plenty of time to enjoy comfortably hanging around the pool with all your friends. Located close by you will also find an outdoor shower. The main floor to the carriage house is where you will find the cabana room It features a 70 inch tv that can be viewed from the pool, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and indoor seating. Upon going upstairs, you will see a fully equipped kitchen, a cafe height table with two tall chairs, double stacked washer/dryer, a full bathroom with walk in shower, as well as the bedroom. The bedroom offers custom built 1000 year old sinker cypress beds. There are two queen size beds and two twin beds all setup as a unique bunk style room. There is also access to the 2nd floor balcony with great views of the Gulf and the pool. Up to the third floor, you will see a wet bar area, and just out the door you will find a large sun tanning balcony with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and surrounding community. It is the perfect place for you to take in the sun during the day or the stars at night! Come and relax in true tranquility at the beautiful and luxurious homes of Beach Break! **There is plenty of room to park up to four mid-sized vehicles on the "U" shaped driveway as well as another 4 vehicles beside the house, but no campers or trailers please since the driveway is narrow beside the home.

Wonderful place so close to the beach. The pool in the back was so great for our large family with babies to adults. Well stocked kitchen. The property is in very good condition. We had an electrical problem and property manager was very attentive.

Incredible property...has everything...the host was very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful plus you have a separate pool house included. Short walk across the street to an amazing beach. Also very convenient to a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this property and will be back!!!

Our family travels every year down to Destin and there are 8 of us that vary from young kids to adults - so, the first thing I’m always looking for is an easy walk to the beach…and this place delivered! It’s across 30A and house away from the beach gate, maybe a 30 second walk until your feet are in the sand.
Great house with plenty of living space and the pool topped it off. Awesome communication with Duane as well.
We weren’t ready to leave and thankfully the place was available to extend another day - just a GREAT spot for families who go to beach daily!!

We had a great time in Destin. The house was clean and well provisioned. Plenty large enough for our group of 13. Proximity to beach was perfect. We were very happy.

My grandkids were bitten by ants on the beds. The sheets might have been clean, maybe, according to owner, but they had all kinds of stains on them. We rewashed all of them, wasting a day of my vacation and purchased our own sheets to cover all the beds. Some pillows had mold or mildew growing on them. I sprayed with a disinfectant and we still did not use. The cupboards and drawers in kitchen were in total disarray and I spent a few hours organizing them and cleaning items in them. Housecleaner was there 2.5 hours in to our start time and still was not cleaned and totally disinfected as suggested in ad for property. Pool was filthy and owner had to call them to come clean it before we could use it. As was outside grill, had to be cleaned after owner called housekeeping. The dryer vent is filthy and takes over two hours to dry small loads. Lots of light bulbs were burned out (four in my bathroom alone). My daughter had a light hanging out the wall. There was a bloody handprint on a pillow (or a Doritos handprint, really not sure, but disgusting). There are zero beach towels, and zero black wash cloths. There were not 25 white towels nor 25 white wash cloths. The private beach access is misleading as the picture on ad does not show that this address is prohibited from using the private access and will be arrested for trespassing. Silly string was left on upper part of walks from previous guests. Brick fell off kitchen wall, etc….. the list goes on.

We had a great family vacation at the house. It’s truly a short distance to the private beach and we loved that we could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. We also rent a golf cart and enjoyed driving it around the area. We will definitely be back.

The property was exactly as described. The property had great air conditioners in both houses, and it conveniently slept our family of 13. Very close to the beach with private access. Would highly recommend. Owner was very good to communicate and reply.

We took our extended family to the beach! There were 15 people total, 4 families. The separate carriage house made getting quiet time and privacy so much easier. The large kitchen and dining area in the main house was perfect for gathering for meals and games! The pool/hot tub combo was exactly what we needed to entertain kids and adults after resting up from a day at the beach. The location is amazing! It was an easy walk to to the beach to set up our tent and chairs even with 7 kids in tow. And you could walk or take a quick drive to dinner and activities. 100% recommend this rental!

We loved staying at Beach Break! The kitchen was amazing with so many great features and the pool area was perfect for our group as we had High School kids and College students. Lots of parking if you have several cars in your party. The TV’s were regular broadcasting instead of the smart TV’s in most rentals. The house was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Our host was very gracious and responded to inquiries that we had upon arrival very quickly. The beach is just steps away and thru one private gate. We had a great spring break and would definitely stay here again!!!

The host was very gracious and hospitable. They were very responsive to my inquiries. Additionally, they offered very attractive site seeing activity suggestions. The spacious layout and amenities of the home were better than I expected. It was a pleasant surprise. It was a short walk to the beach, especially with the private access way.

This house is amazing! The guest house and the main house was perfect for a family reunion. The inside of the house was immaculate and clean. There were beach towels for us to use which is a huge plus! The pool and hot tub were great and outdoor seating were perfect for around the pool and on each level of the house. The only thing we noted is the outside area needed a little TLC. There were broken chairs not put in garbage and old rusted beach chairs that needed to be laid to rest and just cleared away. We had to clear it up and organize them to see what was useable. A beach cart would be so perfect!. Palm tree trimmings were left on the ground and not removed but we had to look past that? The main oven didn't work which was an issue because we did cook at the house a lot and that couldn't be fixed A technician never showed. The smaller oven helped us but we had to put only small items in there and it took a long time to heat up. The owner did reach us with our issues but the oven overall wasn't fixed. We also had an issue with the locks the first night and it was fixed in the am due to batteries in the lock code box that went out. Just poor timing to happen!
The location was perfect. All we had to do is walk directly across the street and enter the gate between 2 hotels to get onto the beach. That was a plus. Plenty of parking.
Look, overall we had a great stay. Just a few hiccups that you have to overlook because all the fun was worth it in the end. Destin is gorgeous and the house was beautiful!

Awesome house as long as you have proper expectations of the sleeping arrangements. There are 3 private bedrooms in the main house and 1 private bedroom in the carriage house. So of the 22 people that this place can sleep, 8 people will get privacy. Granted the 1 private bedroom in the carriage can sleep 6 so while that would be awesome for a bunch of siblings/cousins in a massive sleepover, not great for couples on vacation.
Anyone else is going to be on a pull out couch or Murphy bed in a common area. That is not what we expected and we were glad one of the couples had backed out or they would have had to sleep on a pullout couch and would not have been happy. This not the house's fault but rather our expectations based on what we read. We were lucky that we had a young adult couple that were willing to take the Murphy bed. If you are a family with kids/teens that will sleep anywhere, this house is awesome! if you have 5 - 6 couples expecting some privacy, not so much.
Loved the pool area and the kitchen. We all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We cooked every meal in the incredible kitchen and spent every late afternoon with drinnks in the pool and hot tub. Overall - Loved It!

First of all, we can't say how easy it was to work with Duane, the property owner. From the get go, he was quick to reply to several emails to help us prepare for our vacation. During our stay, once again, he was quick to respond and give immediate attention to anything we needed.
Having 2 houses, the main and the carriage house, was absolutely perfect for our large group and served us very well. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The large kitchen/great room in the main house was big enough to allow all 21 of us to gather and eat together. The kitchen had professional luxury appliances...the refrigerator/freezer was huge! It was also a perk to have another full size refrigerator in the carriage house. Having a separate ice machine in each house was also a huge help. We utilized all beds, Murphy beds, and 2 sleeper sofas for 21 adults. The triple bunk beds by the king suite are suitable for smaller adults. The pool and hot tub between the 2 homes was very refreshing when you needed a break from the beach. There was plenty of outdoor space to BBQ and play outdoor games. Walking to the beach was a short 2 min walk ( about 400 ft) to reach the sandy beach. We utilized several beach chairs that were leftover from previous renters, which was convenient. With our stay being over the 4th of July, we still were able to find a beachfront spot for our large group, even if we waited until noon to get out to the beach. Watching the fireworks from the beach on the 4th of July was a highlight.
If you have a large group, then this setup will be perfect for you. We had a fantastic vacation with many memories made!

This property was a great fit for our family. We had a total of 12 people (8 adults and 4 young kids). Loved having the guest house too. It made for a nice separation of space. The pool was clean and the temp was perfect. The hot tub was a huge plus. We had great family time in there at night! Plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool for everyone. Loved the shade of the palm trees. The property was less than a minute walk to the beach which was super convenient with little kids! Duane was super quick to respond to all of my questions and was so friendly. Would love to book this property again!

We had 9 adults stay at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away and not busy. It’s one of the prettiest beaches we had been to. Very clean, soft white sand, and clear water. The house had everything that we needed for the week. They do only supply enough toiletries to get you started so we had to go buy extra toilet paper and napkins but that wasn’t a big deal. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with any dishes we needed for cooking. Plenty of refrigeration space between the 2 full size refrigerators, and 2 wine coolers. We loved the pool and hot tub! They got a lot of use and the pool guy even came while we were there and cleaned it. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again. We had a few minor complaints which we made the owner aware of. The floors really needed mopped. They left our feet black and the grill desperately need cleaned as well.

We visited for Easter week. Three families with 6 adults and 7 teens. The teen boys took the pool house, and the three girls squirreled away in the tiered bunks. The house was perfectly sized for our group. The spacious kitchen made it easy to cook for the crew. Publix is close by, and we also ordered Wal-Mart groceries delivered. The house was clean, and check in and instructions were easy to follow. It was great to have bath towels and linens provided. The pool and spa were wonderful, and we enjoyed the chairs by the pool as well as the tables and chairs on the deck just off the kitchen. Ample parking for our three cars. One of the best features is the proximity to the beach with private access! We went to the beach as often as weather permitted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The teenage boys stayed in the guest house which was perfect for a restful vacation. The kitchen was beautiful and we used it almost every meal. The proximity of the beach was awesome. We were able to allow the children to walk back-and-forth between the beach and the house without worry. We love to the pool and the hot tub. Dwayne was very responsive. Would stay again.

From the moment we checked in this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and spacious. The bonus house was another amenity that blew us away. We had a small wedding reception on the back patio and it was perfect! The beach is a literal 1-2 minute walk. Relaxing in the huge pool and hot tub at the end of the day was perfect! Duane is very communicative and quick to reply. We can’t wait to book this again for a summer vacation! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing property.

House and carriage house were awesome! We used the pool and hot tub every day and it was great! Houses were clean and beds were comfortable. The private beach was a 30 second walk and was beautiful. Had a nice view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. Duane was very responsive to any questions. Had a relaxing week and a great trip!
