Situated in South Lake Tahoe, this charming house for $505 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Remodeled in 2021, this 4BR multi-level townhouse comfortably accommodates 12. Your stay here includes access to the village’s amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and children’s play area. It’s just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly, and you’ll be within walking distance of popular shops, restaurants and pubs. This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 12 if children are included. It cannot host more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7. CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in. As you enter onto level 1, you will see bedrooms 1, 2, & 3. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom w/ a king-sized bed, HDTV, & full bathroom w/ a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed & shares the full hall bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds & shares the full hall bathroom as well. Walk upstairs to find the living room, kitchen, dining area, & sliding door to your own private balcony. This room configuration is all about getting everyone together. Gather around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall, or watch the HDTV mounted above. The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There’s plenty of seating among the couches, & the table between the couches makes for a great space to play board games w/ friends a& family. The dining table seats 8, w/ additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. Bedroom 4 is located on level 2. This bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and shares the bathroom of this level, which has a walk in shower and separate vanity area. Continue up the staircase to level 3, where you’ll find a full bed, overlooks the living level below, & shares the bathroom on level 2. Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free wifi. There is also a BBQ you can cook up a scrumptious meal on in the summer or winter. This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center, discounted ski and snowboard rental, and free coffee at the lobby. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. IMPORTANT: This home is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens and towels for your use in the home. There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rentals within walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter. Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, CVS drug store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Parking: there is parking for 4 cars included in your rental. Passes for your cars will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The property was nice, much smaller living area that’s a little deceiving. It’s comfortable for 6 people in the living room. All the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms were nice and updated.

Our stay at this unit in Lakeland Village was fantastic. The unit itself worked perfectly for our family of four and my mother-in-law who joined us. There was plenty of room. We took over the ground floor which had 3 bedrooms - enough for our kids to each have a room. My mother-in-law took the second floor room near the kitchen and living room space. This allowed all of us to have some privacy and not be completely on top of each other. The living space worked great for us to share meals and hang out on the deck. There is no AC but we never needed it in July. The unit was stocked with every kitchen item we needed for prepping and cooking meals. Everything was clean and fresh and new. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach and pool area. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun vacation!

This is a nicely located property that I would consider renting again. It's within walking distance from the lake, casinos, Heavenly, and restaurants. However, if you are a light sleeper, the bedroom next to the kitchen/living room needs a thicker door as you can hear everything, and the bed has a very squeaky frame. Also, 10 AM check out for a large family is asking too much.

The place is just as described. So many other great reviews, we knew it would be a great unit. Stayed at Lakeland Village in many of the similar 4 bedroom units; however, never rented a specific unit until this year. It was great knowing in advance how each bedroom was set up. Everything has been renovated and it is very nice. Love the kitchen how they changed it up. Plenty of supplies, unlike many other vacation rentals, you get garbage bags, dish pods, kitchen towels, new sponges, paper towels... you get the picture. The garbage area could be much bigger for a family staying a few days and cooking in many meals... that said, I contacted RnR and they directed us to just leave the extra garbage in the unit because they had a big pick-up coming. Otherwise, I think the extra bins are at the front of the complex, which may be a pain. But, they were very responsive. All in all it was great. We checked for next year, but the annual increase for three nights wasn't a few hundred more, it was a thousand more. So, we will end up staying somewher closer to the Stateline. But, this unit is terrific especially if you are going to stay in and play games! No shuttle service with this unit is another drawback. The day we drove into Stateline we paid $50 to park! Fortunately we only did that one day.

This place is steps to the water and close to shops and restaurants. It was also quite in the evenings which was peaceful. The water is 3 1/2 feet deep the first 500 feet out. So it was very nice for the kids.

June Family Vacation
Location of rental home is great! It is close to everything making it very convenient. We did have issues with cleanliness of the home which we reported to management. The floor were extremely filthy and having a crawler it was not the most comfortable stay. Management did attempt to correct the issue but ended up making it worse. The bathrooms were not the cleanest - hair in the drain catch, master bathroom shower would not properly drain, shower on the main floor pressure is extremely harsh and not enjoyable. Additionally the bed that is located on the main floor was very uncomfortable and noisy that could be heard from the bedroom below anytime there was movement. Location was great but would look for different accommodations when visiting Tahoe.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice with just a few issues. The location of the condo was perfect for us because we like going into town and usually rent a boat from the Ski Run Rentals. There were six of us and the condo was roomy and provided plenty of bathrooms so we didn't need to share. There is no AC but opening the windows allowed for cool air to bring down the temperature of the upstairs area. We did have some issues with cleanliness. The master shower had not been cleaned so we had to do a little work after arriving. We also got into bed on the first night only to find that our sheets were wet. Probably due to a rush cleaning. Some of the appliances should probably be replaced (toaster and blender). Lastly, there isn't much room in the outside trash container for a week-long stay for six people. All in all, I would say that we were happy with the condo but will probably look for another place the next time.

All beds were comfortable with very warm bedding. Rooms were large bathrooms were all equipped.
Kitchen was open and the island was wonderful for snacking and gathering.
A few suggestions would be to replace the glass on the large kitchen table. It has a huge long sharp crack right on the top of it. Since this condo accommodates a large group, having silverware for at least 12 and glassware would of been helpful.
A large toaster would be great too. The one in the kitchen is super tiny.
When we arrived at the condo there was only 3 parking passes not 4 as stated. We didn't have 4 vehicles but for those that need 4 wanted to mention this.
Fireplace and sectional couch was wonderful to hang out on and watch movies with wine!
Would definitely rent again!!

Stayed here for a Tahoe getaway. We were a total of 9 people, with 4 adults and 5 kids 11 and under. Cabin itself is for the most part as pictured. But as with most listings, it wasn't as big or bright as the pictures made it out to be. The cabin is a little old and in some areas (around windows) could use a good scrub, but it was a lot of fun staying here. This unit is near the tennis courts so a very short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the pools were closed due to the pandemic, but we still had a great time. There are a number of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We only used our car to pick up take-out one night, and to drive to a bike rental place. Otherwise, we just walked everywhere. Only hiccup was there was only 1 parking pass in the cabin when we got there, but was able to call and get more. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying here again.
