This custom constructed five-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation rental on the water overlooking Knudson Cove Marina accommodates large groups comfortably. Well stocked full kitchen, fireplace, HD televisions in the bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, covered deck with gas BBQ grill and seafood cooker. Mud room entry has large capacity washer/dryer and chest freezer.

The rate for this house is based on the number of bedrooms used and the number of guests. The minimum summer rate is $500 per night plus tax for up to six (6) guests using three (3) bedrooms. Additional guests are $75 plus tax per person with a minimum of two people per room. We lock the doors to the bedrooms that are not being reserved.

There is one-bedroom downstairs that has access directly to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bedroom has two twin beds that can be set up prior to your arrival as a King bed upon request.

The upstairs four bedrooms have either two queen beds or two double beds in each room and a private bathroom with a corner shower. Each of the five bedrooms have an HD television.

The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The kitchen is well appointed with a side-by-side refrigerator, glass top range, over-range microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pantry, island counter and stocked with staples and condiments. The dining table seats ten and there are four bar stools. The living room coffee table raises to provide more seating for eating. The living room has a vent-free propane fireplace, two futon couches, HD television with cable TV with TiVo (DVR) and movie channels, DVD player, wireless internet, and a beautiful water view.

The mud-room/laundry room has a HE large capacity washer and dryer, chest freezer and a place to hang coats. There is a covered deck on three sides of the house to allow sitting outside to enjoy the view and a place to BBQ out of the rain! In addition to the gas BBQ there is a propane burner and large pot for cooking crab or other seafood outside. You can also relax around the portable fire pit with wood provided.
