Positive: Great location - within walking distance to all attractions. Right outside the door are lots of restaurants and next door is a minimarket and a nice butcher shop.The apartment: Needs a little refreshing (paint etc.). The pictures are a bit misleading - small rooms etc. but perfect and pk for four people for 4-5-6 days.

Mauritzio is a great host - always answered immediately, arranged all our taxi pickups and transfers with great drivers, smooth check-in. Position of the apartment is excellent - a quiet street just minutes away from superb cafes, sightseeing, shopping. Restaurant downstairs is a bonus and we treated it as an extension of the apartment and enjoyed dinner there every evening. We were 2 couples and property provided the privacy we wanted with a separate bathroom for each double bedroom - although one suite is larger than the other. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and very close to all amenities. The apartment is fist class and spotless. The host quickly responds and was very helpful for everything we needed. Will be my first choice on my next visit!

The location and size of the property were fantastic! Maurizio was attentive and helpful when we needed his help with the operation of the air conditioning units. However, the place lacked basic supplies like a wine opener, paper towels or kitchen towels. The couch was torn and beat up. The table was rocky and flimsy, hard to hold a laptop on it without it shaking. The closet had boxes and plastic all over ( messy). The faucet in the kitchen danced around like it was never properly installed. The front door handle came off when we tried to open the door. In general, the decor and pictures did not fit the functionality and level of sophistication we anticipated. I know Maurizio had just been in an accident and perhaps that is why the place was in such a state. I hope this helps to improve the apartment because the location was great.
