About this villa rental
Villa Loes is located in the popular holiday resort of San Jaime Mediterráneo, only 250 metres from the beach. The two-storey semi-detached house has a living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine at your disposal. On the balcony, from which you have a fantastic view of the sea and the Mediterranean surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing holidays, for example with an extended breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the sandy beach Son Bou is less than a 5 minutes' walk away.
Parking spaces are available on the street.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Pros: Unkompliziertes, schnelles Check in und Check Out.
Ruhige, trotzdem zentrale Lage mit unverbautem Blick zum Meer und Naturschutz Gebiet.

Cons: Besteck könnte mal neu werden, keine Kaffeemaschine, Matratzen HART... Entfernung zum Strand nicht wie beschrieben 300m sondern mindestens 1000m
