Tout était parfait! l'emplcament est excellent proche la rue agusta et de la place du commerce.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Lissabon zu erkunden.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, dennoch relativ ruhig. Liebevolle Begrüßung durch vorbereiteten Frühstückstisch mit allem was man braucht. Super Infos zu diversen Dingen wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe usw per WhatsApp Angebot zur Appartement Reinigung durchs Housekeeping Team

Great location!

The location was perfect; it's near the train station and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the entire time we were there. The room was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Check in/out was easy and we appreciated the snacks in the room.

Superb

The location was perfect for us. The appartment was clean, comfy and nice and well equipped. Communication with the Staffel was always easy and they were quick to respond and help us out. The bed was one of the most comfortable and largest we have ever had in a hotel room. We can recommend it for travelling with kids as well. Our son (1,5years) felt at home instantly and loved to watch the electrico pass by. The area is flat, so no problems when using a pram. The riverside, the train and metro station is also in walking distance. There is a pastelaria and a nice café nearby, as well as a small supermarket.

a bit noisy, our unit was next to the street with the trams, the bedroom air conditioner was louder than expected and the cleaning crew was noisy every morning as our unit was next to their supplies

Exceptional

Location and rate is the best for this apartment. The apartment was very clean and very well organized once we entered the fist time. It provides all the basic accommodations. I do consider to provide exceptional review because it merits no matter it was not comfortable enough for us, five people (I traveled with relative in the late 70"s and 80's). The apartment is good up to five young guests, and perfect up to three guests. In general our stay was good, considering it was the cheaper place found in the area. One time getting into the apartment the code didn't work, it was late and we didn't have access to the direct contact number via WhatsApp, we contact 24 hours emergency number and a new code was provided in a few minutes.

Due to the size of the apartment I do recommend a smaller size of the dinning table if the apartment provides accommodations up to five people. Giving more space will help to be more comfortable.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location.

the decoration and equipment of the apartment were very good. very nice. it had two bathrooms which was very comfortable, but the two extra beds were sofa beds, which was impractical, although, they fulfilled their function.

the sofa beds in the living room were impractical for full utilization of the place

The apartment was cosi and fully equipped. It is located in the middle of all the attractions, but the street is quiet. The staff is extremely friendly. They answer instantly all requests, and nothing seems hard for them. Perfect for families with kids. Perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The quality of this room for the price is one of the best I've had in all my travels. Location is prime and staff were present to answer any questions i had. This was a perfect fit for my family of four. I would absolutely book again

unit located right beside the elevator - could hear conversations as they waited. Tram runs down the street outside the window. overall, the noise level was not overly bothersome

Excelent location- walking distance to most of the popular sites. Very safe area and accessible to metro and train station.

The only thing that didn’t work that well for us was the washer/dryer. It has very little power to dry clothes. Besides that- everything was perfect.

A beautiful, quiet property in a lively central Lisbon location.

Residentas Aurea was in a perfect location, and remarkably quiet for the liveliness just outside its door. The building has been beautifully remodeled and sits in a very central location near to plenty of restaurants, shopping and activity. Cleaning was provided every second day.

The apartment was a little bit small, with limited storage and a cramped bathroom. Overall, it was lovely, but perhaps not truly suited to four or five people, as advertised.

This is our second visit to Lisbon, but first time for this area and we enjoyed it immensely!

We loved the brightness, spaciousness, design and location of the apartment. We loved the "goodies" that welcomed us in the apartment (rose wine, Nescafe pods, water, juice, milk, jams). It was great knowing there was someone in the lobby to assist us with anything we needed.

Our apartment wasn't ready for us at our check-in time due to their regular housekeeping being sick, so we went to a cafe nearby and had a late afternoon snack while it was cleaned. They were apologetic, which is why they may have offered housekeeping again later during our stay (it wasn't expected).

an apartment with all the things that you need. love it! they even have washing machine, washing powder ready, coffee maker with capsules and milk, some snack with jam, ear plug, etc. very well equipped!

the room is not ready at 4pm (check in time) but it’s just shortly after that..so all good!

Perfect location to kick off our Lisbon stay. Close to everything.

Location, location, location. Location can't be beat. Steps to everywhere. Cute balcony gives a glimpse of the busy streets below. Hosts were wonderful. Prompt to respond to our queries. Gave us insights and suggestions. Wonderful kitchenette for a quick bite for the kids. Felt like home away from home.

Despite closing the doors to the balcony, it was still noisy on weekend nights. Wish there was a proper second bed for the kids instead of sofa and trundle underneath. Not enough space for luggage to go anywhere. it was a pretty small apartment.

Wonderful location, easy, friendly hosts

Marvelous location, easy access, friendly, accommodating service.

The room is extremely loud - it comes with the splendid location and is in no way the fault of the hosts (the windows actually do a great job given the conditions outside), and they did provide earplugs, but if you are sensitive to noise and/or have to work while there it is something to consider.
