Very convenient location for those who travel from Ukraine and easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking good English. Clean and very quiet room with nice view to the lake

Very friendly staff who were very helpful, the apartment we stayed in was very nice and the hotel is set in lovely grounds and easy to walk into Kisvarda. The breakfast was great and the team even allowed us a later checkout. Very impressed..

Breakfast was very good.
Building is new at very nice location.
Wellness was not available even it was advertised. We like relaxing in sauna but and that was the reason we have booked it.
Only Hungarian channels were on TV.
Cleanliness should be improved. Food from previous guests were in the fridge.
