The Loft provides for extra living space with TV & DVD! You'll appreciate the extra space that gives the adults and children separate places to gather and relax! Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The Main Living Area features a Large Flat Panel TV & DVD Player. Bring along your Laptop or Tablet and log onto high-speed wireless Internet (Free Wi-Fi). Our Guests especially appreciate the Deck with bar-height seating for 4 situated right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the Lake's main-channel! The boats cruise along right in front of you! Check-In 3PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged. Boaters: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are located in the protected water of the Ledges' No Wake Cove. The State Park is only 2 miles away. It provides very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for boat and personal watercraft trailers. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 mile marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge. Ladies' Weekends: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! You'll want to check out Blair's Landing, the unique shops on the Bagnell Dam strip, and Evergreen, the most popular spot at the Lake for affordable and unique home decor'! Save room in the trunk! Honestly disappointed- pictures made it look super great. Very small. Cobb webs all over windows and fan. Very dark on main floor. Oven was black inside and probably hasn’t ever been cleaned and not even level. Kitchen was very small not well stocked. You can tell the owners don’t personally visit property often. It has been well loved! The Loft was great and the best part

We spent a lovely weekend with my sister and her husband, just relaxing and reconnecting. The condo was the perfect setting! We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the deck. They love to cook, so the full kitchen was perfect! We all had a wonderful time!

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed although the kitchen could have used some better/sharper knives and there isn’t a big enough table to all sit together or play games. The location is great and it is right on the water so the views are stunning. Great selection of games. Would come back.

We had a great stay at the Ledges. This unit had arguably the best view of the lake in the whole complex. It was even more spacious than the pictures suggest. Plenty of room for the whole family. We made a lot of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was fine. Never used the grill. The shared pools and beach were very clean, but a little small. We rented a boat from Aqua Toys a short 5 minute drive from the condos. Parking was super easy. There were quite a few stairs to get to the condo, so be aware if you think that might be an issue for you. Overall a great spot and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was large and well stocked for our cooking needs. The balcony was close to the water I felt like could just jump in. Boat watch was amazing and the location is just minutes from everything you could want.

The layout worked great for our group. Parents had bedrooms on the main floor. Kids all slept in the loft area. Pools and the beach area were clean and the kids really liked both. Lugging trash to the receptacles was a hassle. Overall, we had a great time. I'd stay here again.

Condo could have been cleaner. Very dusty everywhere like cleaning dtsff was rushed. Pool was cloudy/not very clean & bathroom by pool was grossly unkempt. Beautiful views & lots to do & see in the area. Parking was great.

Located close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The unit has great views when your on the patio you feel like your on a cruise ship. The complex is a little run down both pools are pretty small and we’re packed with people but we came for the lake and found many great places to swim or boat there.

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it. You’ll love staying at this condo. The views are beyond beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable. Just perfectly amazing!!

property was good. The stairs are a bit scatchy tog et up to the condo, some boards here getting warped. Also several lights only had one or 2 light bulbs working. Also their should be directions on how to turn the tv's on in the condo for easier access. Otherwise we had a great time!!!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. The top floor offered an awesome view of the water with views of the sunrise and sunset. Even enjoyed the occasional nightly visit from the local friendly raccoon. I would definitely stay again.

The property was great and just as it looks on the website. Things I may have overlooked that I did not notice until I was there was that the condo was on the top level (for amazing views) but there was no elevators which was very hard for my aging in-laws. The complex is also HUGE so parking can be a hassle sometimes and the pools were very overcrowded with vacationers. The pools also have limited restrictions so we often found ourselves with our children amongst party-goers with coolers on the side of the pool and blue-tooth speakers blaring. I'd definitely stay in the condo again - as it was clean, nice, and the owner was great but probably would not bring my aging in-laws to this place again due to accessibility.

This is my third time staying at the Ledges. The condo was awesome and was well stocked with pots and pans and other little perks. The property was clean and the A/C worked great! It was quiet and comfortable. No hasssles! Loved it and the price is very reasonable.
