Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $488 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. An easy family getaway is what this cozy duplex offers, with an ocean-view king bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with a full-sized bed along with twin bunk beds and 1 full bath. The cook’s not isolated in the well-stocked kitchen at Seaview! Great ocean views while you cook, it’s also open to the adjoining living room with TV and ocean views. The deck is ocean side too, with a grill, outdoor seating and, of course, great views of the sandy beach just 300 feet away. Key Features: Ocean view, plenty of parking, patio, outdoor grill, covered parking Parking instructions: 3-4 depending on vehicle size. Parking for side A is on right, labeled A. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! The Property was clean and as expected having viewed the online photos. Outside shower and hose off were a nice feature. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as advertised. Great location to the beach. Property management was communicative and helpful. We had a broken coffeemaker situation that was fixed same day and a stove shut off in the middle of our stay, but I texted and someone from their team immediately called me and walked me through the breaker process. My four hungry kids were very thankful for their prompt response. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a small Thanksgiving getaway during a pandemic. They even left me new potholders and disposable roaster to cook my Turkey. Easy access to beach and bikes were perfect to get around.

The duplex was perfect for the two of us plus our furbaby. Having all the beach equipment and the grill was great. The only negative was since I was doing a lot of cooking the kitchen equipment was very limited. The internet was intermittent which was not your fault.

And it's well within walking and certainly biking distance to the middle of town. Bonus points for the nice beach chairs and bikes that were available. We'd certainly stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing, it was everything we needed. I rented this home for my parent's. It was a little weird to find it tried to take us to a public parking area. It was easy to figure out which house it was. When I first got to the place the code was not working, so I had to call but they answered immediately and my problem was solved in maybe less than 5 minutes. This rental is really nice because it says it's not beach front but from your back deck you have a clear view or the ocean. On the deck it comes with a nice picnic table and a awesome grill. The kitchen comes equipped with pretty much everything you'll need to make food. It was clean and just a great place to hang out. They also have a storage space that's fenominal. It comes equipped with everything you'll need for your beach trip. Multiple bikes, beach chairs and different boards. The kids loved the bikes will definitely be coming back.

Very enjoyable vacation via SeaScape Properties. The unit was not in the busiest part of town, so it took an extra few minutes to get downtown, but the flip side is that it was nice and peaceful. The beach was only a very short walk along the path, and we had our feet in the water.

We had a great experience with this rental. The unit is a great location and was perfect size for my husband and myself. It was very clean and Seascape does so many little extras that make it so nice- they provided paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. All the rules and info are clearly posted through out rental and they leave a nice bag, cups, sunglasses and more! The app they use is fantastic! It even allows you to unlock/lock from your phone- and has all the info you need about your rental. We have been coming to Wrightsville for many years and have had very mixed experiences with other rental companies- I had heard good things about Seascape properties and I have to say I am so glad we tried them, they go over and above!

The unit was cleaned upon arrival. We had enough towels for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking items. Nice to have a clean and working grill this year. Unit was close access to beach for my granddaughter. We had awesome beach chairs. They kids toys were a plus to take to beach. We even enjoyed a bike ride to ice cream store. Overall the unit was great the weather was awesome and we enjoyed sitting on deck each night drinking our wine and listening to the sea. We will definitely return next year. I would rate this unit 5 on everything Also, everyone loved the outdoor shower. Helped us rinse each day and then clean up chairs, bike and toys after daily use

Upon check in I inspected the place and the bathroom was filthy. Bathtub not cleaned and there was a dead cockroach the size of scorpion in the tub. I called property management and they said nothing. Did not apologize or offer to haver someone come and clean it. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. No outside lights in the front so you could not see at nite when you came in. Not enough privacy for a duplex. Shared staircase to the back deck. Would not rent this property again

My girls (ages 10, 8 and 4) and I spent four days in this unit and will definitely reserve again! I am super picky about cleanliness and it was smelled so clean when we first walked in. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs, to umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, coffee pot, high chair, pack and play and more. We had plenty of towels and linens. You literally could just pack your car with clothes and food and have everything you need in the unit! Since there is only one bathroom I think it would be hard to have more than four people stay in the unit but it would hold up to seven adults (although, two adults would have to sleep on the Full/Queen sleeper sofa which was actually very uncomfortable). Overall the location was great (just steps to the beach), it was so clean and had all of the amenities you would need for a great getaway!
