La posizione è a dire poco perfetta, vicino al centro ma con parcheggio facile da trovare e gratuito. La casa se pur piccola è spaziosa graziosa e ha tutti i comfort necessari. Forno condizionatore macchinett del caffè inoltre abbiamo trovato olio sale pepe e spezie. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Una chicca sono stati due gattini meravigliosi in cerca di coccole appartenenti al proprietario della casa che abita accanto alla struttura, ricavata da un garage. Letto comodo, tv divano e doccia comoda. Coperte pulite e asciugamani puliti.
È stato tutto perfetto.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken problemlos. Die Lage am Prato ist perfekt - zum Zentrum sind es max. 30 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Bahnhof max. 45. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich basic, allerdings haben wir nichts wirklich vermisst (vielleicht den Wasserkocher). Hauptsächlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage (bei 38 Grad Ende Juli absolut notwendig) und die Betten waren bequem! Das Parken direkt vorm Haus klappt nicht immer, in der Straße um die Ecke schon eher.

L'appartement est pratiquement un garage réaménagé pour touristes pas difficiles et n'est pas dans la maison photographiée; peu de lumière, l'équipement est bas de gamme, la salle d'eau est très étroite, la douche 50X50 mais l'eau est chaude. Radiateurs froids au rez de chaussée, heureusement une clim réversible au 1er pour réchauffer.
Il ne faut pas avoir envie d'aller aux toilettes la nuit escalier raide et étroit !
