About this house rental
Summary:
Historic 4BR newly renovated, located in the heart of town on the quiet end of Elk Ave. Brand new hot tub installed Spring 2026.
The Space:
This beautifully renovated, fully historic 4-bedroom home sits at the top of Elk Ave, offering easy walking or biking access to anywhere in town. Renovated top to bottom with top-of-the-line furnishings, fixtures, and appliances, it's an incredible base for enjoying historic Crested Butte.
The main floor opens into a bright kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances and everything needed to prepare a world-class meal, flowing right into the living room so cooks stay part of the conversation. The dining area seats 6, with 3 additional bar stools for extra guests, and the living room features a gas fireplace for warming up after a day outside. This floor also includes a powder bath and the primary bedroom, with a king bed and full bathroom featuring a steam shower.
The 2nd floor holds three more bedrooms: a queen and a king sharing a full bathroom, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and its own full bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, and the home is equipped with A/C throughout.
The basement offers a recreation room with a full-size pool table, TV, and comfortable seating.
Out back, guests can enjoy a private hot tub (sized for 6-8), a personal parking area accessed off the alley, and a patio with seating for 4 and a gas grill, all surrounded by beautiful landscaping—rounding out a first-class vacation experience.
Must be 25 years of age and older to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Great house in a great location! We had 6 adults and this house was perfectly comfortable. The proximity to town and trail systems is hard to beat. You get the best of both worlds here! Highly recommend this house for any groups with people who want to hike and explore outdoors and those who prefer to stroll around town and do some shopping or relax on a patio.

This home was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything in town, a block from the ski bus stop, a lovely hot tub and a fun basement. Had everything we needed.
