A beautiful condo on Atlantic Boulevard, calm ocean and city scape view right outside the the door. The condo can accommodate almost any situation, with one complimentary valet, where you may park one car free of charge. The area around the condo is the famous Sunny Isles Beach, filled with prestigious buildings and restaurants. Everything in the area sits on either side of Collins Ave, a wonderful Miami main street that rides all the way down to South Beach. Three bedrooms Two bath, Two balcony, kitchen, washer & dryer inside the Unit and more! Nice and comfortable to enjoy your vacations seeing city and ocean views. This apartment offering nice open pool, Gym, Free Valet parking and more, you will feel like home, spacious apartment that can be comfortably up to 6 people. Four beds plus one queen sofa bed in the living room! Located in Sunny Isles Beach. Distance walk to Grocery store, coffee, restaurants, Pharmacy. Aventura mall, 5 minutes drive Ball harbor, 8 minutes South Beach, 15 minutes! The Safe area for family vacation! Sunny Isles beach offers the transportation for free (sib shuttle) Lobby registration will be $120 and is charged at check in at the lobby! (This is now included in the total as of 1/1/24) If you stay 3 days or less, the building will charge a $100 refundable security deposit.

And what a bonus our accommodations were! Spacious, modern, top floor suite. 2 Balconies with awesome views! 3 Nice bedrooms, new appliances!!! GREAT location! Walk across the street to the warmest ocean water ever! Great restaurants every where...and 20 minutes to the Stadium...We really enjoyed our stay!!!

My wife and I have vacationed in Sunny Isles for the last three years without our kids. The last time we came, we said we would bring the kids because we were certain it wouldn’t be like Miami. Family vibes all around, quiet and walkable neighborhoods. I almost didn’t want to review because it feels like a best kept secret and I want it to stay that way. Shani and Chris are great at responding and helping figure things out. We will be back many times. Sunny Isles and this condo felt like home.

Property needs updating. Closet door in one bedroom was broken and looks like they will not repair. No instructions for tv.
Not an easy kitchen to cook in. Lacking proper cooking pots and pans. While beach chairs were provided, they are for real young people as they are about one inch off the sand. We had to go buy proper chairs for the beach. Ice maker not working at all. Pool was small but ok.
Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beach is right across the street. Parking in building was very easy.
The outdoor terrace was huge but only seating for three people. The terrace furniture needs to be updated and then this space would be fantastic.

In town for a family wedding and my birthday celebration! Couldn’t have picked a better place, everything was perfect. It was like the host knew my needs. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area and the beach is right there. Will most definitely use again, thank you!

This was a perfect property for our family. The area was quiet and very family friendly. Grocery store access, restaurants, parks, and beaches were all within short walking distance. The condo was exactly how it looked and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

First, it seems that Shani Vacation Rentals is completely out of touch with what’s happening in the building. The check-in instructions emailed to me ahead of time stated that we needed to make private reservations to use the pool, but the man at the front desk downstairs laughed at me when I asked about making a reservation. More importantly and all the more frustrating, the email provided me with the four digit code and it wasn’t the code at all - our party of seven including my three young children couldn’t get into the unit after a long day of travel and an hour long check-in process… we were literally waiting in the hallway for a response from a Shani employee with the correct code at 7:30pm just so we could start our vacation.
When we finally entered the unit, we immediately noticed that the floors did not feel clean. Our socks picked up visible dirt within a couple of minutes. There were many flies flying around the entire stay. Both of the metal drain covers in the showers are not screwed in place and our children’s feet were almost injured - this is a safety issue. The kitchen was ill-equipped for a unit that has three bedrooms and therefore should be able to accommodate many guests. There was literally one single juice glass - this is not sensible! None of the remote controls had working batteries.
Finally, the garbage disposal was in disrepair and actually started backing up when we were trying to wash our dishes in the sink. I would assume this alone should require immediate attention. We called and emailed Shani that night and never received a response.
As someone who rents often on vrbo, I have to say I have never been this disappointed. It doesn’t seem like there is a lot of consideration being put into renters having a clean and comfortable experience.

There was NOTHING we didn't like about this property. The views were stunning, amazing space, valet parking, there is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment. The balcony was my favorite place to be and each bedroom has a balcony as well! Listening to the ocean and wind from that amazing space was music for my soul. We never turned on the televisions or stove, but everything in the apartment functioned perfectly. Oh, and for those who ask about such things, we found the water hot and the beds comfortable (I have back issues, that matters). My 2 yr old granddaughter thought we were in a castle and kept asking if this is "her" castle - would have loved to tell her yes!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Location was great. Short drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk and Aventura mall. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Going to miss waking up to those beautiful ocean views! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
