Host had great communicating with us prior to check in and at check out, was also available though not needed during stay. Parking was excellent! Everyone was able to park on the property no problem. Pool was awesome! Gated and could be locked. The kids in our family pretty much lived in it the whole time we were there:). Entire backyard was great! Lots of seating options so our teens and adults could have their own spaces. Lawn area to play outdoor games Covered patio Loved the converted garage space for games/kids/teens. Good location overall, easy to get to, safe neighborhood, quick drive to local food/coffee/shopping. We traveled for my nieces' graduations from junior high and high school. Half of our family live in the area, half traveled in. This property allowed us to all gather together and build wonderful family memories

Overall this house was great! It definitely met our needs and the pool was a huge part of that! There were some minor issues that would have made this a 100% experience vs 90%:We had trouble with the oven. Sometimes it would work, other times it would not. It seemed to be connected with the sensor in the oven. The water pressure in the main bathroom was really weak. We would end up using the master bathroom for showers. The toilet is very low. This is difficult for older guests. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags.The last guests (or the property manager) did NOT take out the garbage. We moved two bins in from the curb when we arrived, but the primary garbage bin was FULL!The gated pool was great but one of the littles was able to squeeze through the gate by the fenced end on the right as you look at the pool. Fortunately, we didn't let the littles out in the back by themselves.It would have been nice to have a few more pool towels.

The property was just as described. We appreciated that the driveway is a half circle with two options to pull in. We stayed for a family event that required a lot of trips and back and forth, and the road while super busy is a main road for the neighborhood. Being able to pull in and then drive out the other driveway without backing into the road was nice. It also meant that there was plenty of parking in front of the house.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the location was great. Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would love to rent again. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful rental!
