About this condo rental
Located in Duluth, this charming condo for $202 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Pull out queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Please note we do charge an additional $10 per night each for the 3rd and 4th adult guest. Children under 18 stay free. Due to system limitations, the fee will be charged after the reservation is made. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided. The property also has much green space with several seating areas and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request. Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out. Suite Betty is the perfect home away from home as you explore Duluth and the Scenic North Shore.

The neighborhood is very charming/eccentric. The property is immaculate. The windows look out over the city. While hotels tend to provide less than the minimum amount of lighting, Suite Betty has excellent, very flexible lighting. The hosts are accommodating but totally unintrusive.
The shower facilities are the best I have ever encountered.

Suite Betty is a wonderful place to stay! All the comforts of home were there including a fully stocked kitchen complete with options for the Keurig, creamer in the fridge, spices and all the cookware needed. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The view from the bedroom was beautiful! The suite was very clean and check in was a breeze! Communication with the hosts was easy with very quick response times. The location was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and hiking. We appreciated the in-person welcome from the hosts, the fresh flowers and chocolates. The hosts really went the extra mile! We look forward to returning to Suite Betty! Thank you Bill and Pat!

This was a very clean and cute cottage to stay in for the weekend! We enjoyed the view and appreciated the little touches they had for the renter- a binder full of good info for the area and an array of Keurig choices! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hosts go above and beyond what is or expected. They where in contact with us on our trip and where happy to meet us as we arrived with additional information and suggestions once our personal agenda was discussed.
I believe we have never stayed at any other property that was more organized and clean than Suite Betty. The additional amenities where also greatly appreciated. If we find ourselves returning to this local we definitely will be staying at Suite Bettys.

We loved Suite Betty. The space has its own entry with a mudroom, and the suite itself is possibly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The kitchen has a good selection of cookware, gas stove, and full-sized refrigerator, all sparkling clean. The queen-sized bed is cozy with a not-too-firm, not-too-soft mattress, and the bedroom windows look over the city. Water pressure in the shower is great. Two sinks in the bathroom are a nice feature for a couple staying there, and the full-sized washer & dryer are also nice to have. The house is easy walking distance to the Superior Hiking Trail - a four-mile round trip to Enger Tower; almost a three-mile round trip to Haines Road in the other direction. There's also close access to a huge network of mountain bike trails. Duluth's Best Bread store is just down the hill, and just a little further on are Corktown Deli and the Duluth Grill, both excellent places to eat. Everything about Suite Betty exceeded our expectations. And Bill & Pat are so nice and available to answer any questions you might have.

Our second visit to this beautiful western Duluth (Lincoln Park) neighborhood home with attached / separate VRBO apartment. Easy to find, fully appointed new property. Gracious hosts and lovely view. Perfect for the two of us. ( Our only disappointment is the poor state of the roadways in this part of town. We know how hard it is to keep asphalt sound in MN but this neighborhood deserves more love from the city! )

This vrbo unit took us by surprise, what a beautiful location at the top of the hill with magnificent views of Lake Superior. The hosts were there to greet us and ensure we had what we needed. While they live in the main house, it felt like they were there if we needed them, but not intrusive at all. The apartment is perfect for two people. Though the decor is dated it is very comfortable; not just the bed, pillows and linens, but also the sofa at the end of the day. Shower is a bit small, but water pressure fantastic. The bathroom is large and with double vanity works great for two. There is a closet/dressing room/laundry right between the bedroom and bathroom which was large and convenient for unpacking and getting ready. The kitchen was fully stocked, we did no cooking, but you certainly could have, even spices. Plenty of towels (of really great quality!) in the bathroom. Oh, and a nice Keurig with plenty of coffee and creamer 😄. While you are only about two miles (or less) from convenience store, gas station, restaurant, it doesn’t really feel walkable, but we still loved the location and would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t take advantage, but they have a beautiful yard with a firepit.

What a lovely little gem to have found in Duluth. The rental is tucked away up the hill, with beautiful surroundings, and a great view, while also being close to many attractions. Everything was so incredibly clean and inviting, and the hosts were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return in the future.

The house itself is a stark difference from the neighborhood you drive through to get to it. It's a beautiful home on the hillside. The VRBO appears to be a mother in law apartment. It was clean with plenty of room for a long weekend stay. Bill and Pat were very friendly and responsive leading up to our stay.

Bill and Pat’s place was wonderful! Check in was easy! We were greeted by Bill and pat when we arrived, they were so sweet! They made us feel very welcome! The apartment was very clean! There was plenty of room for us and our little one! Close to canal park and lots of other restaurants/breweries! We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Duluth!

Overall, The place was very clean and looked nice. For two people, the apartment was just the right size. All the facilities needed for an extended stay--like kitchen and washer/dryer--were available and had no problems.
The only improvement that could be made is the Wi-Fi. Sometimes the Wi-Fi would cut out--as in it would disappear from the list of available networks. This cause interruptions to video playback. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi would come back online; however, it would be ideal if no dropout occurred.
Location-wise, be prepared to rely on a car. The house is somewhat far away from Canal Park or the downtown area. Although you will need a car, the drive to downtown Duluth was quick. If you rely on public transportation or cannot drive, please keep this in mind.
Besides the Wi-Fi, the apartment would be a definite win for us.

This was a great spot, very close to all the fun activities that Duluth has to offer. The apartment was very clean and had enough room and space for myself and two friends.
