Located in Apalachicola, this charming condo for $138 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. River s Edge West is located in the heart of downtown Apalachicola near Oyster City Brewery and night life. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa which can easily accommodate four travelers. The coffee bar constructed of old river cypress has under counter refrigerator, coffee station and hot plate for your convenience. Your room is located on the second floor of the newly constructed building. Entrance is via the street side entrance and stairwell. You must be able to navigate stairs since we do not have an elevator to the second story. Your private bathroom has a walk in shower with glass tile block, river rock and porcelain tile to relax in after a day at the beach or a night on the town. Tastefully decorated but not frumpy River s Edge West has the feel of old Apalachicola.

The repeated 28-step climb from street level was difficult for us seniors. We were told the elevator was for wheelchairs only. Prospective guests deserve to know about the difficult access in advance.

We enjoyed our stay in Rivers Edge West studio one bedroom! The one thing you may not get from the pictures is how spacious the studio is and the small kitchen efficiency has everything you need. Donna is great at communicating everything you need to know. Location is great, we were able to walk around the town to enjoy all the shops and restaurants!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Rivers Edge West in downtown Apalachicola. The location was perfect to walk through the quaint downtown to shops and dining. The unit was immaculately maintained and we plan to return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge, easy walk to so many good restaurants (Owl Wine Bar and Dockside at Scipio Creek area our favorites). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, Donna made sure we were right at home. Oh and the shower was heavenly! We even purchased a piece of art downstairs from Donna. We'll be back!

Perfect 2 night stop on our way from Stuart Fl to home. Love downtown Apalachicola and this was perfect for walking to all the local places, and had a wonderful little balcony for relaxing and having our coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Donna’s property is exactly as described. It was ready when we arrived and Donna communicated really well with us on getting in and settled. She shared suggestions for places in town to visit. The studio apartment is steps away from all Apalachicola offers. Great bathroom and small balcony make this property an inviting stay. We used this as our home base while exploring Eastpoint, SGI, Cape San Blas, and Port St. Joe. We would certainly return!

Perfect location and room. We really enjoyed our stay. This will be our go to place next time in Appalachicola. Donna was very nice and gave us a great overview of the facility and the amenities. The climb up the stairs was not to bad. Just if you have any mobility issues you may want to consider a different place. Overall this place is fantastic.
