Nestled in Apalachicola, this charming condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. #307's 3rd Floor location offers views galore from the screened deck. This privately owned and managed 1,000 sq ft condo has TWO King beds and two full baths. A large well appointed Kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious Great Room make this a comfortable place to relax and spend your vacation. Amenities include full size washer & dryer, free wireless, split master plan, TV's in each room. We provide basic necessities to get you started in this self-serve vacation rental. (paper products; hand, dish & laundry soap, etc). Daily maid service is not provided. Escape to the Coast, eat fresh oysters, enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly people, meet your fishing guide at the dock! This condo is located at the Water Street Hotel with access to the community pool and exercise room. Dock space is for rent through the front desk on a first come basis. This property does not allow pets or animals of any kind. We do have other properties available for you to enjoy with your fur children so please allow us to help you choose the property that best fits your needs. Holiday's and Events such as Florida Seafood Festival will require a 3 night minimum.

A group of early (BETA) book readers for well known recognized Author, Cap Daniels, met together for friendship. Time spent with Author understanding better book character and his writing methodology. This suite and on water setting was nice meeting area for casual conversation.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The screened porch and the view was great! The elevator broke down on the second day but otherwise a good stay. The cats were a bonus according to my wife. We really liked the Half Shell and The Station for hanging out in the area.

Our stay at this condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Kathy, the host, made the stay easy for check in and check out. The condo unit was perfect for our two couple group, with it having two master suites both with king size beds. The view was pleasant with occasional boats motoring in the channel. We stayed there in late September and enjoyed the area during a less crowded time. We hope to rent this condo again if we can make the trip to the area.

Lovely residence for a short, relaxing trip to Apalachicola. Ample parking and easy access to Condo. Great screened in patio looking over the sound and comfortable furnishings.

The condo was beautifully appointed, & though there wasn’t a lot of cookware, what was there was really high quality. We ate most breakfasts & dinners in the condo due to food allergies. The screened in porch overlooking the Apalachicola River provided us with “heaven on earth” - so beautiful & peaceful! I highly recommend this place!

We have stayed at Water Street Hotel & Marina several times but this unit is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and Kathy was great to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

This condo is in a great location and has a gorgeous view! It has plenty of room and love the split floor plan. We enjoyed walking around Apalach to restaurants and shops. The owner does need to replace the sofa as well as pots etc in the kitchen.

Two older couples stayed in the unit and there was great room. We could have one more chair for the table on the balcony, but we took one from inside so it worked. What we liked was that while we were about a 1/4 mile walk from downtown, we were near enough. It was incredibly quiet in our place. We did not hear anyone. Good place for the week.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room with the water view could use a new mattress (big hump in the middle.)Everything else was wonderful. The water view is amazing, so quiet in the morning on the balcony with the occasional boat slowly cruising by. The seafood is exceptional. Downtown is so cute, lots of cute little shops. Unfortunately there are a lot of we didn’t get to check out because many are closed on Sunday AND Monday. The condo was very relaxing we would definitely go back and highly recommend.
