About this apartment rental
#307's 3rd Floor location offers views galore from the screened deck. This privately owned and managed 1,000 sq ft condo has TWO King beds and two full baths. A large well appointed Kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious Great Room make this a comfortable place to relax and spend your vacation. Amenities include full size washer & dryer, free wireless, split master plan, TV's in each room. We provide basic necessities to get you started in this self-serve vacation rental. (paper products; hand, dish & laundry soap, etc). Daily maid service is not provided. Escape to the Coast, eat fresh oysters, enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly people, meet your fishing guide at the dock! This condo is located at the Water Street Hotel with access to the community pool and exercise room. Dock space is for rent through the front desk on a first come basis. This property does not allow pets or animals of any kind. We do have other properties available for you to enjoy with your fur children so please allow us to help you choose the property that best fits your needs. Holiday's and Events such as Florida Seafood Festival will require a 3 night minimum.

Great location, great view located on the water in a Marina. We lived on the screened porch so I would suggest 2 more chairs. It had 2 chairs and 2 lounges (which we never used), so we had to take 2 kitchen chairs to the porch so we could eat at the porch table. There were alot of cobwebs and spiders on the screened porch-would be nice if housekeeping or maintainence could keep that clean. Front bedroom closet was locked so had to hang clothes on provided rack. Lighting in that room was inadequate-had to walk into dark room as table lamps operated by touch- no wall switch. Several kitchen cabinets were locked so there was very little cookware provided. Nice pool, adequate parking. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore town and ride to Izzy's for breakfast.Airboat ride was fun and we got there by golf cart. St George Island is 20 minutes away and worth visiting-Blue Parrot is on the beach and great resturant for lunch. We own a vacation rental property on the beach in Alabama and I always appreciate feedback from our guests.

We enjoyed the location of the property as we could walk to restaurants, bars and shops. That is one thing we look for when renting a place and this was one of the best for that.

Easy process for check in. Clean. Big rooms and living area. Great view. Love the convenience to the shops and boat docks. Could use a little more lighting and fans in rooms. Overall great place, would recommend!
