Located in Dublin, this lovely condo for $292 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 💚 LOCATION 💚 LOCATION 💚 LOCATION We have received all 5 star reviews, 100% of guests would stay again. Fantastic Luxury Apartment located right beside the river at the Ha'Penny Bridge, Serenity in the City, Close to everything, yet so peaceful, have a great nights sleep and still be 5 minutes from Temple Bar. Top spec apartment recently remodeled, new kitchen, bathroom and all new furniture and appliances. Flexible check in times for early flight arrivals. 3 minutes from Airport bus stop 🚍 Apartment has recently been totally remodeled, with new kitchen, bathroom, all new furniture and appliances. Fantastic ground floor, Two bedroom, One bathroom apartment. Direct access to the fabulous interior gardens. The apartment is right in the center of the city, yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and tranquil the apartment and the interior gardens are. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden. The apartment complex was built in 1995, they saved the Victorian facades of all the old buildings on the river quays and built modern apartments behind. This apartment is also our home when we are in Dublin, it is decorated and furnished to a five star standard, and you will love staying here as much as we do. I am originally from Dublin and currently live in San Francisco and am available everyday by email or phone. Hundreds of restaurants, bars and stores are all directly outside the apartment, small supermarket on the corner of the complex and Tesco, Marks & Spencer’s are 5 minutes away Getting Around: Bus stops and the Luas (Trams) are all right outside the apartment. The airport bus stop 3 minute walk. A great way to see Dublin is on a Bike!! Dublin Bikes station 5 minutes away on Strand Street, Bikes are really cheap and you can drop them off at any Dublin Bikes location in the city, only 50 cents for 30 mins. You can also rent a car by the hour or by the day with GO CAR, there is GO CAR location close by. Other Things to Note: Two bedrooms: King bed in master bedroom and two Bunk beds in the second bedroom. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ALL OKAY WITH THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, ONE KING SIZE BED AND TWO BUNK BEDS, I AM 6.1 ft (185m) TALL AND I HAVE SLEPT IN THE BUNK BEDS AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. Bathroom has power shower Super fast internet and WiFi. Smart TV with Netflix and lots of channels. Fully Equipped kitchen, with Stove/Cooker/Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee maker, Pots & Pans, Full size Fridge/Freezer. YES, Bed linens and towels are provided. YES, we provide a hairdryer Laundry: Family size Washer and tumble dryer. Parking: Sorry no parking available. House Rules: This is a residential apartment complex and neighbors have to get up early for work. No late night parties, No loud music. Please be respectful of the neighbors and please treat the apartment as how you would expect guests to treat your own home. STRICTLY NO SMOKING.

This was a great location for our quick stay in Dublin (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 14 and 10). The kids loved the bunk beds! Super easy to get in (The instructions on how to enter were very helpful!!) and the location is great. close enough for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but also quiet at night. We appreciated the full kitchen and all amenities!

Perfect location, 5 min from Temple Bar area. All the attractions are walking distance or FreeWay taxi is very cheap. I am very happy with the apartment. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! Apartment is modern and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Excellent service, the host was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we have smooth stay and check in/out process! Thank you

First of all, Paul, the owner was very thorough in his directions getting you to the apartment. The apartment was modern in design, clean and quiet. Once you went through the first door from the city to get to the apartment, it was like you entered the quiet realm of Dublin. The location was perfect for our stay and in getting to all the sites we wanted to see. It is right near Ha' Penny Bridge and Temple Bar which is loaded with shopping and great restaurants and bars. We did have an issue with the clothes washer, but Paul's property managers were very quick to fix it. All in all, we had a great time staying here and would rent it again if we were ever in Dublin again.

As advertised.
My only complaint was previous renters must've been smokers. But smell was neutralized after we opened windows to air out the property. Other than that, this was a great place in a great location.

The property was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean. The location was amazing. We (myself, husband, 12 year old) walked everywhere. Pubs and shops all near by. The flat was a great quiet place to stay after a hectic Dublin day. If in Dublin again would definitely stay again. The check in video was perfect - very important you watch it! Thanks Paul!!

We loved everything about our stay here. Paul is a wonderful host and great with communication. The place is easy to get to and centrally located near everything so we were easily able to walk or catch a train/bus to head out of the city. I love the little courtyard tucked away from the busy street, which made it feel very private. The house is clean, well stocked, and was perfect for our family of 4. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Apartment was just as advertised. Small but mighty ... quiet, centrally located, and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Dublin. Paul's video for check-in was perfect! We enjoyed easy access to all of Dublin and transportation for a visit to Howth as well. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment within the Bachelor’s Walk property is in a perfect location.
It’s quite small but worked out well for the two of for two nights.
We did find the noise from the door leading to the ‘block’ where the apartment is located, quite loud so we’re disturbed a few times each night with people coming and going. If you’re a heavy sleeper it won’t be a problem tho.
The shower pressure is not the best but the temperature is great!
We did find it odd that there was no coffee in the apartment and only one washing machine ‘pod’. We messaged the owner but by the time we got a response we had already bought our own. We’ve never come across this in the 30+ self catering properties that we’ve stayed at before.
We made use of the car park which was very secure and convenient.
The interior was a little outdated and could benefit with a little TLC.
All in all a pleasant stay.

This amazing little apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Dublin. Despite a bustling street the apartment is very private and quiet due to a garden courtyard. The apartment was very clean also. We wish we could have spent more time here.

When staying in cities, our experience has been location is everything, and this apartment is in an ideal spot. It is a fairly compact space with tight bedroom, but there is good storage in the rooms and the setting in the complex is peaceful and secure. In short, the apartment had everything we needed. Plus, we were able to park our car at no additional charge! Walk out of the complex and you're at the Ha'penny bridge, and we had easy walks to Trinity, Guinness, Jameson, Temple Bar, etc. There is a lot of shopping is very nearby. Paul was a very helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was the perfect place for our Dublin trip! It was quiet yet right in the center of everything. Transportation, shopping and food/drink were available right outside the door or within easy walking distance.
The property was clean and comfortable for 4 adults although we had to store bigger suitcases out in the living space. Check in was super easy after watching Paul's video and we had good communication with him. We would definitely stay here again.

We were amazed at how quiet the flat was being mere steps from one of the busiest corners of the city. It was easy walking everywhere- we didn't need a cab or bus the whole time. We had an awesome breakfast at Murphys, the cafe/pub next door. We also had a fantastic pint at The Gin Palace just a block or two away.
The flat had everything we needed- extra toiletries in the bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, and a well organized book with info about the apartment and Dublin itself.
Check in was super easy- Paul sent a video beforehand and I highly recommend watching it as we would have struggled a bit without it.
All in all, we could not have been happier with our stay!

This property was perfect for the experience we wanted in Dublin. It was in the heart of the city and you walk right out to food, bars, & shopping. There was a pharmacy nearby, which was GREAT, because my son became ill and we needed prescription medication. It's a short walk to the Temple Bar area and the kabobs down the street were delicious! Most of all, we felt safe in this unit. You must travel through 6 doors, 3 of them locked, to get to the unit. Not because it's a dangerous area though! It's just how the apartments are laid out. It was extremely quiet also! You would never know the hustle and bustle was right outside the walls!

The property is in an ideal location in Dublin for getting around either on foot or light rail or bus. As with most large cities space is at a premium and the flat is tight. It would be really tight for 4 persons so for the 2 of us it was fine. We felt safe in the room and we enjoyed our stay. The immediate neighborhood is quite busy and not real clean but within a block walk in any direction things improved quickly.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and largely as described. Like all of these listings the photos tend to make things look much larger than they are. That said my two children and I were very comfortable in this apartment. It’s a very convenient location though I was very disappointed with City Center, Dublin. It’s a bit rough around the edges and not very Irish. Still it’s a good central spot to see the city. I would recommend this apartment

We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and although the apartment was snug it was perfect for us. Close to everything so easy to get back to rest before going back out. Streaming service was great for an early movie night in and my kids loved the bunk beds. The check in process was very easy and we enjoyed everything about this apartment.

While the rooms were smallish, the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of four. We need a repair to the shower and the property Manager Maria responded quickly. She called a plumber and everything was in working order the day we had called her. The apartment is quiet but is just outside the hustle and bustle of Dublin. Walking distance to everything. Location, location, location. We will be back and we will not hesitate to stay in Paul's apartment. You can't go wrong here!

This location is in the heart of everything! We walked everywhere and nothing we wanted to see was too far away. It was a quick ride from the airport with a short walk and check in was a breeze. Paul was easy to communicate with and his directions on how to get in to the apartment were extremely detailed. We would stay here again!

Paul’s place is in the center of everything. It is walkable to everywhere in Dublin, and across the river from Temple Bar area. It is super quiet inside- you hear NO noise from the city at all and very secure. The only con would be that it is small. It got a little tight with 4 grown adults and 4 suitcases, but that is it. The beds are super comfy, even the bunk beds (even for my son who is 6-2 and 230 lbs had no issues sleeping at all in them). Paul is very responsive, and sends you a video link that walks you through the whole checking in process.

Comfortable! Clean! Centrally located! Directions on checking in were spot on and easy to follow. Everything you could possibly need. Easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Dublin. Owner was helpful and easy to communicate with, although once we were there, we had no problems or concerns that caused to reach out to him or his on-site caretaker. Great place to stay while exploring a wonderful city.
