Nestled in Belleair Beach, this charming condo for $303 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Space: Belleair Beach Club 310 - 3rd floor condo **Please scroll to bottom for booking rules** Looking for an escape from it all? Belleair Beach’s gulf-facing, pristine white sands are renowned as relaxing, quiet play space surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your little bit of paradise in this newly renovated one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront condo. Wake to shore birds patrolling the surf line, dolphin pods swimming the coast and the best front-row seats to sunsets. This contemporary, cozy condo comfortably sleeps 2. One king-size bed is in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests. The condo has been recently renovated - Bahia vinyl wood plank flooring, white quartz counter tops, a dinner table for four people, stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets, and a glass walk-in shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, Tupperware, plates, bowls, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip pot coffee maker. The unit comes equipped with a smart TV w/cable in the living room and a smart TV w/cable in the bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area. The condo is on the top floor (third floor, far left) facing the Gulf of Mexico. The parking is open and only 65 feet from the unit for easy access. Located just 85ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for relaxing or for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring nearby shops and attractions. Please use all we have to offer: Gulf beach frontage, use of gas grills, lounge chairs, ice machine, and shared laundry on the 3rd floor (coin or operated via smartphone app - $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry). While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along Gulf Blvd including all the amenities and attractions of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Café De Paris Bakery, Villa Gallace, Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Seaweed, E&E Stakeout Grill, Sea-Guini, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-6 miles from the unit. If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2 and Clearwater Beach attractions to the north. Or head south to Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach. Farther afield, the unit is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE. We reserve the right to terminate your booking if additional verification is not provided. ***SMOKING POLICY: The entire property is non smoking - smoking will not be permitted anywhere on the grounds. ***SERVICE FEES: Travelers could be charged a service fee when reserving on a third party site. This fee is charged to the traveler’s credit card once the booking has been accepted. ***DAMAGE INSURANCE: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a one time damage fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property (E.g. furniture, fixtures and appliances) provided you report the damage to the host PRIOR to check out. ***PET POLICY: Our unit is pet friendly, please note a $150 pet fee + applicable taxes will apply to any guests bringing a pet. The pet fee is NOT already included in your rate, the fee will be added on and charged after booking. Our HOA only allows pets that are 25 lbs. or less, and only ONE pet per unit. Please be aware the City of Belleair Beach does NOT permit dogs on any of its beaches. ***BEACH EQUIPMENT: We keep two beach chairs and an umbrella in each unit. Updated - very modern condo for two. Great view. Very well thought out and well appointed. Responsive owner. Wish patio was a bit larger - barely room for two chairs. Overall, a great unit for two.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The accommodations had everything we needed and were perfect for the two of us. Clean and comfortable, the unit had all of the cooking accessories as well as very nice beach chairs and beach towels. Great location as well. Our hostess, Joanna, was so gracious, available and responsive. I accidently broke the paper towel holder, but she put me so at ease, quickly letting me know not to worry about it. We would definitely return here in the future.

The condo is a perfect size for a couple. The property is right next to the beach, literally walk out the door onto the beach. The owners left some great information about the area which was very helpful. We are planning on celebrating our next anniversary at the same location.

My husband and I were here for a week to relax, and that we did. The condo was perfect for 2. It was quiet, comfortable and the sunsets and starry night skies were AMAZING. Though we dined out, the kitchen has everything you may need. The bed and pillows made for peaceful and comfy night sleep. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I will defiantly go back! We extended our stay since we loved it so much. The whole experience was nothing but stellar. The location for us was amazing. We wanted off the beaten path but not to far to enjoy the shops and restaurants and this was the place! Joanna was amazing, she responded so quick to all my needs. The room was clean and very cozy. Don't pass this gem up!

This property was PERFECT for a Mom getaway!! The property manager was very responsive and the check in process was seamless! It wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but nothing I couldn’t take care of myself! I will absolutely be back, I had a great time!!

We were so impressed with this place, cannot wait to come back! Loved everything about the remodel, especially the bedroom. Gorgeous. thoughtful, little details, a hamper, charging stations, tiny ice cube maker, beach chairs, and everything you could possibly need for the kitchen. The view is amazing, you can’t get any better than beachfront. Such a laid-back place. The pool is small, but at times we were the only ones even at the pool. The only negative comment that I have, is that the couch is not that comfortable, the cushions need refurbished. And the hosts are great, got back with us very fast.

Best location for family vacation
Just far enough away from busy Clearwater. You can visit the busy and then retreat back to your own low key, private beach. 1 br with pullout sofa just big enough for cozy family vacation.

Unit was enough for two, tight for any additional. Cut trip short unfortunately due to the "red tide" in the gulf that caused respiratory issues not only with us but with other guests at the resort.

Newly remodeled Condo. It was like staying in a brand new condo! Incredible view, only yards away from the Gulf. Bellaire Beach is still the quite relaxed vibe that Clearwater beach USED to be! However, only a 5 minute drive to CWB! If you want quiet and relaxed this is the place! Can't wait to go back!

The condo was perfect for low key spring break. It was chilly for Florida but far away from all the rowdiness of Clearwater beach. We enjoyed a relaxing trip in a great condo and great area!

We had an excellent stay at this property, which began with prearrival communication. The buildin was undergoing maintenence and Joanna kept me appraised, even offering to let me cancel when some exterior work on the opposite end of the building which was scheduled to be finished looked like it might rin long. Now even after the exterior work, the building itself doesn't look loke much, but this property owner did an excellent jow with the interior remodel, giving the property a very attractive and current update.
We found the location to be ideal, away from the overcrowded areas. The drawback was that dining and activities werent within walking distance, but for us, it was so worth it. The area is quiet, the building is practically right on the water, and our unit faced the beach, shielding road noise and giving a stellar view of the ocean from the living area. The balcony is small, but adequate as a nice place to sit and watch the sunset. There are no lights beachside, so its also a great place to look at the stats over the water after dark. There is adequate parking included on site for guests which is nice.
The pool is small enough I wouldn’t even call it an amenity, but we had no need for chlorinated water when we could just as easily take a dip in the salt water right there!

My main objective was a direct view of the beach and sunset and this unit fit that need perfectly. I liked that it was in a safe, quiet residential area and the beach was not crowded.

This is the third time our family of 4 including 19 year old and 13 year old kids, have stayed at an apartment in this complex. We LOVE the location, the experiences and the views and will be back again!

Will Continue to Visit this property
This property is located only 10 minutes south of Clearwater Beach so it is quiet and beautiful. We have rented here before and would do so again. Beautiful property with amazing views.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a parking lot full of construction equipment. They were performing MAJOR repairs in the building and the wheelchair ramp to the elevator could not be accessed. So we had to carry our luggage to the third floor. The next morning we were woke up by the sound of saws and jack hammers shaking the bed. Called Joanna Toomey (Vice president of operations) to try to resolve the situation, no answer, left message (she never did call back) and got a call back from a different number and it was Lance Hidalgo (condo owner) who claimed Joanna was his wife, he then told us he was unaware there was any construction going on and he had just been by the day before and everything was fine. We found out later this was a complete lie. Our stay was 4/28-5/3 There are signs posted around the property that state “Major repairs beginning 4/25. The elevator ramp will likely be closed. Management was informed of the construction well in advance”. So Lance knew of the construction well before our arrival but acted as if he had no idea. Lance told us the only thing he could do is reimburse us for 1 night of the 5 night stay and he informed us if we weren’t happy with that he has the option to tell us to just leave. We tried to find another place to stay but there was nothing comparable available. We also were not left any parking passes in the condo but the front desk attendant was kind enough to give us a parking pass to avoid our rental car being towed. Also the heat/ac air filter in the condo was disgustingly filthy, clearly not maintained and the incorrect size (to small) allowing air to flow freely around the filter. Overall a horrible family vacation due to a condo owner not properly advertising the property. If we would have known in advance of the construction we would have stayed elsewhere.

We had a great week at the beach. The ocean view is spectacular. The water was crystal clear and the weather was gorgeous. My family enjoyed the pool and beach proximity. We loved the relaxed environment and the private beach. I wish the pool was a little bigger it’s smaller then it appears online, we had a few other minor issues but overall the week was perfect. Laundry is right by the unit which was also a perk with kids! We met a lot of really great families and enjoyed our trip!

Really nice unit on the 3rd floor directly on the beach. Very clean upon arrival and the owner took care of all HH essentials, including a couple of awesome beach chairs and umbrella. Joanna also provided some great recommendations for local food and drink spots. Smallish condo but perfect for couples or small families. Light beach crowds which we like, but close to Clearwater Beach and all activities in the area. We'll be back!

Joanna also provided some great recommendations for local food and drink spots. Smallish condo but perfect for couples or small families. The couch feels like it was picked up for free from Goodwill somewhere, they should take it back to the thrift store where they got it from. There was no coffee and no laundry detergent. The kitchen cookware selection was non-existent. The smoke detector was laying on the counter with no battery in it. The Air does not circulate well and the bedroom gets hot constantly. The bedroom fan was rickety and falling apart. The sliding door to the outside did not close all the way. The coffee table was extremely unlevel. Overall it would be worth it to spend more money and get a nicer place whoever cleans these really does not care about this at all I've not seen a worse cleaning job in my life.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beach access was amazing. There were 4 of everything: beach towels, beach chairs, dining chairs. There were a couple quirky maintenance issues and I left a note on those. A great stay!
