Nestled in Belleair Beach, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Aldea 3 , this beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests. This beachfront condo is ideal for small families or snowbirds escaping the winter months or anytime. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table seating for 6 guests. The kitchen counter offers extra dining seats for 3 guests and extra counterspace that can serve as a desk if you need a workspace. This condo has beautiful and comfortable interiors throughout to make your stay feel like your at home. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV to take in a movie when its time to relax. Primary bedroom offers a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Hallway bath has a tub/shower combo. This condo is easy access to the beach – just walk out your sliding glass doors from this ground floor unit, take a couple steps and you're on the beach! Can't get any easier than that to hear the sound of the waves during the day or to enjoy at night. The covered patio where you can have your coffee while watching those enjoying the water or taking a walk. It is pure bliss! Magnificent sunsets are not to be missed. This charming beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation and a short drive to either Clearwater Beach or Indian Rocks Beach – yet located in a nice, quiet residential area. Aldea beachfront community offers beautiful landscaping and is well maintained for your enjoyment year round. The shared pool is heated for the winter months, and has an easy access to the beach. This community is mainly residential but ideal for those wanting a peaceful vacation. Important details: No pets are allowed. Pool heated in cooler months. First floor entry. This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Well equipped condo with helpful management staff. Internet worked well for week long zoom conference. Right on the beach for the 10 min breaks. Residential area, easy access to groceries or restaurants but away from the crowds. Excellent overall experience.

Uneventful the way it is supposed to be. This was 1st time we stayed on 1st floor we always stay on 2nd floor units in Aldea. Only issue we had was beach being closed in front of us because of the sand they were replenishing. But no fault of Beach Time Rentals.

The condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay and relax. Have coffee on the patio and watch for dolphins swimming by. A few steps to the beach and watch the sunset! The location is amid a quiet residential area. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The manager and owner were very responsive and filled us in on everything we needed to know before our arrival, during our stay and before check out. Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful condo on Belleaire Beach, just a few steps to the ocean ! Beach was beautiful and clean, great location to Clearwater beach and many restaurants in either Clearwater or Indian Rocks.

Great location! Very private. Great kitchen supplies. Honest cleaning staff as I left behind various diamond jewelry and beach time rentals returned it all. Love working with beach time rentals—very courteous and helpful. Lots of beach chairs. Slight musty smell.

We spent a week here and didn't want to leave. The management company was a pleasure to work with and the place was clean and exactly as stated. The views were wonderful and it was a quiet and private beach. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe having a couple baby items available, high chair and pack and play and maybe make space in the kitchen to be able to store some food off the counter. Otherwise, we loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We love location and property is wonderful with beach and pool access. The view is beautiful. The condo needs new smaller furnishings in living room. The rugs in bathroom had bleach marks and were very distasteful. Trashy looking! Owner needs to put some money into some new rugs and furniture. Some of bath towels were really old and dingy with frayed edges. Was not very attractive, Madrid feel like we were staying in a cheap hotel!

Location was perfect. No crowds and many times the beach was all ours. Nice and quiet away from the touristy noise if Clearwater and a Indian Rocks. Highly recommend and would love to go back. Wish check out was later than 10am.

We have been staying at aldea for 6 years. We love this area. Beach is clean and not crowded. Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was very nice. Was not fond of the living room furniture or the decor but that would not stop me from staying here again
