Nestled in Belleair Beach, this charming house for $374 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 50% Discount offered for 28 days or more. The Max rental limit is 90 days. Min Rental January-April 14 days. Escape your hectic life and relax at our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 story retreat! You don’t have to look far to see beautiful sunsets, tranquil landscaping, and a refreshing pool. Everything is right at your fingertips so you won’t have to do much to be able to enjoy your surroundings from the time you awake until your head hits the pillow. If privacy is what you want privacy is what you will get. When the timing is right you will enjoy sea turtles, and dancing dolphins, and maybe even spot a giant Tarpon jump from the water. Search for sea stars, sea urchins, and sand dollars in the water, or take a relaxing stroll searching for shark teeth and sea shells. Our comfortably furnished and newer kitchen, 2 bedroom 2 story townhome is the perfect place to relax. The master bedroom suite has a great place to read and unwind and the view from the private master balcony is stunning of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool and lush tropical surroundings. There is a separate living room and fully equipped kitchen, with a private patio on the 1st floor plus a balcony off the master. The complex features a pool and, a private sugar sand beach, and is great for either families with small children or for couples that just want to get away from it all. No two visits will be the same we are constantly upgrading and making improvements based on guest feedback. This white sandy beachfront property is an oasis located just south of the Clearwater Beach/Sand Key area and just North of Indian Rocks Beach. It is a quick 35-minute ride from the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa International Airport. * association policy 1 rental per month (monthly rentals preferred) **Additional cleaning fee during Holiday Periods (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

The condo is a little piece of paradise. It is in a great location right on the Gulf, and had everything we needed to make our stay quite pleasant. Parking is very convenient (right outside the door), and we enjoyed the pool as much as the weather would allow. The condo is in a nice, quiet complex. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended!!

We really enjoy our stay. The home had everything that you would need for your vacation. It was very clean. The location was ideal. It is very close to the pool and the beach access. We really enjoyed the patio with the view of the ocean. There is a small tree that provided shade at any part of the day. The complex was very quiet, with a short drive to either Indian Shores or Clearwater. We had the pleasure of meeting Kim. She was very attentive to all our needs. We hope to stay again!

This home made us feel right at home! The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, cookware, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Right on a gorgeous beach, perfect for long walks and paddle ball. The beach chairs and beach towels were fantastic! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing, quiet vacation.

Kim and David's place is in a wonderful complex with a friendly, community feel. The condo opens on the ground floor and you can see the beach and the pool from the patio. The condo was well stocked with all the kitchen tools you need, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. Kids toys and scooters really sealed the deal! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back next summer.

We are a family of four with kids in their 20s. This property is very spacious, clean and nice. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The beach is amazing and the area has stores and dining nearby.

Super-comfortable home-away-from-home. Beautiful beach. Well-stocked with everything you need. Who could ask for anything more? Came home for a week and missed it so much that we decided to return for the entire month of October!

We spent January in this home. My first month of retirement was all we could ask for. The home was well furnished with many thoughtful extras. (Towels galore, Porta crib, blankets and pillows) we highly recommend this home away from home.

The condo had everything we needed. The owners thought of everything from beach accessories, extra linens, kitchen and laundry supplies etc... Closets were meticulously labled so that we knew what linens went to what room.
Parking was great and there is a pool. The Gulf beach is right outside and we enjoyed walking on the beach. I was also impressed with the outside grill though we did not use it.
I highly recommend this place as the poly and city bus also stopped right in front and you could take it to the beach Pier 60 or in the other direction all the way down to treasure island.

So very pleased with this that we have booked again this year for a month ! super location , close to so many things . the owners are very kind , interactive , and responsive when needed . Webhave found this to be one of our favorite places of travel in Florida so far . this home is well set up , well supplied, lots of room, beach cozy.. the pool is right outside the sliding doors. Would certainly recommend this to anyone

September 2018. What a charming condo with a perfect view of the water from the back porch! The pool that is just outside of the backdoor overlooks the private beach in this gated community. My 5 year old grandson enjoyed himself so much that he did not want to leave! I have rented numerous places and this was by far my favorite. The bottles of wine, watermelon, and the color-me octopus for Jake made us smile (especially my wife), Thank you very much for the personal touch. 10/10 would do it all over again!

I can honestly say the pictures online do not do this beautiful rental justice. It was just a few steps to the pool, and also to a beautiful beach. The gulf waters were so warm and my family of four had a blast swimming in them. The rental had everything we could have possibly needed, including beach chairs, nice fluffy towels, every kitchen amenity we could have needed, an outdoor grill, and fun board games. My husband and I had an amazing time with our two teenage daughters both at the beach and then playing games around the kitchen table at night. We took photos of the sunset on the beach each night and it truly was breathtaking. It was one of the most relaxing weeks we have ever had and we will definitely be going back again! Kim was amazing to deal with and such a great person. I highly recommend this beautiful home and beautiful beach! It was not a commercial area at all, but there were plenty of wonderful seafood restaurants, and even an Italian restaurant, within five minutes at Indian Rocks Beach. There was also a fun little ice cream place where the girls could get souvenirs. Simply put, we had such a wonderful time and the rental was great. Super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and the owners were wonderful!! We arrived to find a lovely welcoming gift including fresh Florida blueberries!! The note from Kim and David said to enjoy the fresh blueberries that were currently in season and to have a wonderful stay!! I have never arrived to a rental and found a welcoming gift!!The condo is perfect!! It is situated just steps from the beach, steps from the pool and also situated amongst the best neighbors!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! Everything in the condo was just as advertised!! Everything you could need for a vacation was at the condo! It made packing easy and we didn’t need to buy anything for our time on the beach!! The condo is very well stocked with linens, beach towels, hair dryers and even sunscreen!! It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay!! Oh and one of the nicest washer/dryer sets I have ever seen in a rental!!The area is also wonderful!! Extremely peaceful and quiet at the condo but within minutes you can be in bustling Clearwater Beach or enjoying a quiet dinner at the many restaurants just south of Belleair Beach!!The other really nice convenience is that we were just minutes from the airport in St. Petersburg. It was nice to have a short drive to and from the airport, adding to the relaxation of our vacation!!I would highly recommend this rental and we are definitely planning a return visit!!
