Located in Belleair Beach, this attractive cottage for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. BEACHSIDE community steps from the sugary sands and spectacular sunsets! This beachy cottage has an amazing location directly on Belleair Beach with full access to a private beach that offers unbelievable views of the Gulf and no crowds. New roof, skylights, and siding 2021. The unit has everything you might need. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with flat-screen tv, an electric fireplace, and an adjacent full guest bath. The main bedroom offers, flat screen tv and a private full bath. There is a separate walk-in closet/storage room with all you need for the beach (chairs, floats etc). The additional cozy den/bedroom has a murphy bed. There is an inside laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and plenty of towels. Connect all your electronics to the free wifi. There is one tandem parking spot - sharing with upstairs unit. Enjoy the salt air sitting on the large deck offering tables with umbrellas and a charcoal grill. This area has a lot to offer. Clearwater Beach is minutes away with all the local restaurants, attractions, marina, and famous Pier 60.

I'll take ownership for not reading fine print that this is actually < downstairs > and tandem parking. Photos make you think this is upstairs.
We went to check in, and no info was " under the mat" . The propert manager answered quickly, but the code she gave let us IN THE UPSTAIRS place. So beware, your code matches the other person staying up stairs. You assume you're uostairs since there is a #6 where you park. They dont make it 6A and 6B. They both just say 6. We literally walked in on a man. How embarrassing.
The walls are so thin, we woke to hear the man upstairs convo echoing in the vents. It sounded like he was talking in the room with microphone. Every movement possible was loud. Use your imagination on things that can be heard besides a conversation or ealking.
Every AM we had to knock on his door at 7am and ask him to move his car as you share one spot. So last one in, blocks you in. We were there for work, so we woke him every AM amd had to wait for him to get dressed and move his car.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and overall setup. The access to nice views and the gulf beach is just steps away. Having plenty of space of our own in the sand and water was our preference and this location accommodated that. We made use of many sand/water activity items that were available. We used the hose out back for rinsing off and deck chairs to hang our bathing suits and towels on to dry. Excellent air conditioning and we had some really hot, humid days during our stay. I definitely enjoyed most of the short time I spent there with the kids. The only negative was a loss of communication with the host near the end of the stay. I didn’t know where to put our trash and I wanted to leave things as they expected. Also, the walls are a bit thin in places. Sometimes the guests in certain surrounding areas can be heard in conversation. Mostly though, this place is amazing and I look forward to visiting this area again.

Clean, beautifully decorated cottage that has all the supplies you need for a day at the beach. The beach is just steps from the doorway. The tandem parking was no problem. We will be returning!

Easy access to the beach. They need to add amenities such as bath soap, sampoo, conditioner. I woudl recommended a better hair dryer as well. We did not use the kitchen but I would have had coffee if there was a KCup . Maybe get a coffee maker that can do both?

Want the perfect location that has private beach access, old FL vibe but updated house that is close to Clearwater but away from the hustle? This is your spot! We LOVED our week in this property. Perfect size for 3 people. We were able to unwind & relax without stressing about getting beach space every day b/c there is private access 25ish steps away! It helps that the weather was perfect too.

This property was advertised as a cottage but turned out to be an apartment in a cottage. It was advertised as beachside, which meant on the beach side of the street, NOT ON THE BEACH FRONT, which is what we expected. There was a sliver view of the gulf looking down a ~3-foot-wide path between 5 other houses.
It was advertised as 2 bedroom. It had 1 full bedroom with the usual bedroom amenities; however, the 2nd bedroom was a den/bonus room with no privacy door, ~ 7-feet wide and ~12-feet deep with no dresser, no closet or anyplace to store clothes. The kitchen/great room were nice areas. Lots of decking; however, the decks definitely need some maintenance. The bathrooms were small and also need maintenance and reconfiguration to make them more comfortable to use.
I do not recommend this property.

This place had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. Everyday we'd eat a quick breakfast and then we'd walk to the beach. It is just steps away! There were beach toys for them, chair and umbrella for me. It's a lovely place. There is a coffee maker and LOTS of filters. (We bought some and left the rest there for others.)

This is a individual owned property with several other individual properties next to it on the beach front. The house was wonderful and the owners/vacationers around the area are wonderful! The owners of this property are fantastic and it was so easy…they want you to have everything you need and a great time!

Absolutely loved the house and the location! 100% beach vibes throughout the house. Plenty of room for our family of 4. 100 steps, if that, from Bellaire beach. Incredibly short drive up to Clearwater for dolphin, fishing, boating tours and restraunts. The beach is way less crowded than Clearwater. The tandum parking was no issue at all! Quiet, no loud partier neighbors. Beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, it was fantastic. Will definitely be booking this house again!!

Our stay was good. It was a relaxing get away. My daughters and I enjoyed our trip and our stay.
The experience was good. Though it didn’t cause us any problems as we didn’t leave much and the gentleman parked behind us was very helpful, I did not care for tandem parking.

The property partially flooded twice, there were a few flying termites inside, and we found 3 dead 2”+ cockroaches… that being said the location of 3rd row from the beach was excellent, there is a queen size bed, queen size pull out sofa bed, and the full size Murphy bed. There are two full bathrooms. The photos didn’t do the property and the amount of space any justice. The owners responded and attempted to fix the flooding issue the following day. For some reason, there were no mosquitoes in the area, so that was a pleasant surprise. The dryer was very inefficient and took 3 runs before getting something dry. The fridge ice maker wasn’t working but they had plastic trays available to make ice. The lock to the property sticks and after the rain it took several minutes to get in…. This property has a great potential with a few tweaks and bug and water proofing!

The house overall was very nice. I did end up having a not so great experience myself tho. I received a call the day before we were due to check in to inform me the house had been treated for termites. Which i totally understand is a big issue in this area, so i wasn't too worried about it. Once arriving we discovered dead termites all over the front rooms bed. Ended up cleaning all that mess only to have them reappear. The house should have been treated for this issue with plenty of time for them to die and be cleaned before my arrival... Considering how much i paid to stay at this rental. So this room was completly off use. We had 2 adults and 3 small children in this house, but only 1 bedroom available. My children ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch our entire stay. Also, the outdoor shower area could use a little TLC. Overall the house would have been perfect had i not had to deal with this issue on my 1st EVER vacation

They room was so filthy and there were bugs crawling on and in the bed! Mattresses all were old, yellowed, and had holes in them. The pillows were extremely old and flat. The fold out couch bed had crusty food, sand and was full of filth. The condo did not have a single smoke detector anywhere. The owner stated that she was just there earlier that day and the condo looked fine to her. She was at least decent enough to reimburse our money. We provided pictures to VRBO when we called to express our concerns about the smoke detectors and the overall condition of the property.
