This was the easiest check in we have ever had. We had the door code well before it was needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not have to shop for things like dishwasher tabs , paper towels etc, as they were provided. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach and several good restaurants. Plenty of dishes if you want to eat in.

The plane was great. It was comfortable and had room for our friends to visit. The beach was close. The pool, although small, was nice with warm water. All in all it was nice and relaxing.

We had never been to this area before and we loved it!!! This property was the perfect location. Walk out the front door to restaurants and a beach grocery for the things you forgot. The beach is literally right behind the condo! A one minute walk at most. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a weeks stay. I loved that she had extra toilet paper, towels, beach chairs and toys. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The condo was excellent everything we needed was provided. Very close walk to the beach. Restaurants were in walking distance plus a great little ice cream shop right acrossed the street. This place was great for a family of 3 i would highly recommend this property. Also Penny was a fantastic host she responded quickly if we need anything we personally can not wait to stay again.

My husband and I live 2 miles from IRB. Our home is too small for company. Our friends and us split this lovely condo. Very convenient to restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

The sweet condo was just perfect for my husband and myself and my family. Great location to the beach and the nearby restaurants, shopping and other nearby beach towns.. The condo was very well stocked with extra towels and sheets. Hostess was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this location to others! And if we ever return, I would definitely stay here again!

The locations was great, one building in from the beach so VERY short walk. Condo was clean and represented well through the pictures. 2nd floor so if you don't like stairs then be cautious. Sunsets were GORGEOUS form the beach area. We never used the pool but it looked nice. Great restaurants in the area.

It was very clean when we got there and you had everything you would need like you are at home and had a code to het into the place so we would stay here again and you are ao close to the beach and are very close to the grocery store and restaurants. You can get a hold of the owner if there is any issues but you have everything you need like you are at home. My kids loved it and she provides all the stuff you need for the beach also.

The walk to the beach from the condo is less than a minute- no need to worry about finding parking, you are right there and for a fraction of the price of beach front condos and apartments. For the price we paid we were very happy with what we got and would recommend it. Very clean on arrival, plenty of towels, bed linens etc. beach equipment provided, brilliantly cold and fast working air con for when you get back from the beach. All in all a great holiday in our favourite area. Thank you Penny.

The condo worked well for the month we rented it. The only regret we have is Penny didn’t give us an opportunity to rent next year. We had told her we wanted to. She said it would be fine. Then she said somebody else had rented it.

Many bath and swimming towels , fans, kitchen for you to cook, Walt to beach, balcony, parking spot,, cable, Wi-Fi, dressers and closet space if you want to put your clothes up. Communication was great with owner. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great week at this clean, spacious, comfortable condo. Literally steps from the beach. The owner has provided everything we needed- beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Plus more! Parking was easy and convenient. Also steps from restaurants, shops, a convenience store nearby and a very short minutes-drive to more bustling towns like Clear Water and St. Pete. We would definitely book this condo again if we decide to to back to the area!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Place was spacious and well kept. Beach was super close and relaxing. Penny was super responsive and accommodating. Location is great for local fare but the bar across the street can be a little loud on the weekends. Overall 10/10!

Definitely enjoyed our time, the only complaint I have is they need better directions listed on their site or sent to the renter for where the building is located. The two buildings look exactly the same, was a little confusing.

Needs updates, especially pool, but good overall. To get to the beach you have to walk a bit. I assumed the condo was directly on the beach but it was not. It makes sense there are no ocean view pictures from the listing.

Our Host Penny was very easy to get ahold of upon check in process. Condo was very cleaned and comfortable for our 7 days. Right off the beach walkout. Car was parked under condo in the shade. Location was perfect to local restaurants and food mart. Would highly recommend staying here, I know we will again!
