Tagaytay is nice place to visit unfortunately there was a lot of rain bout I have enjoy the city

To be honest I do like the room

To be honest I didn’t like about the service we communicated with the owner only when we call her to do earlier check in that time she reply bout the room back door having problem can’t lock is unsafe bout she never reply even some of staff have finish she never reply to us so sad

Property came with complete amenities like TV, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, burner, pans, plates, utensils, cups. They even provided dishwashing soap and body soap. Wifi is fast. Room’s decor is really aesthetic. Aircon is cold and quiet.

The room itself is at the end of a very long hallway. The toilet room is really small my knees hit the wall so I have to sit sideways when using the toilet. The room itself is nice, but the residence as a whole needs better maintenance. The elevators are so slow, the pool was very dirty (we swam Tuesday 8am) despite the management closing the pool on Mondays for cleaning. The property does not have lake view, it overlooks an empty lot and the city.

The price just compensate the place. Only that I'm a bit disappointed! 1st, we were not advice for the room number where to stay. 2nd, I keep texting and calling for the caretaker but she didn't bother to answer my call and text. The pillow case and the comforter has a stinky smell. I suggest to wash it with downy. In the booking , it was clearly indicated that its a lake view and was disappointed that its not!

The views from the apartment and the location near to the bus stop from/to Manila.

There is a reception with security guards so we could not check in until the owner contacted them to give them our unit number. We tried to call her but the phone in the website is not the correct one so we had to wait until she saw my message on the website. We were offer an upgrade by Booking.com but we ended up in a different room so...No upgrade. At the end of our stay we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere when we check out to spend the day without them. At the reception they said they were not allowed to keep them so we contacted the owner to see if we could leave them in the room (it had to be by email) and we did not get any answer... So I would say that the room was ok, nice views but the communication was quite poor.

Avoid if you can

Very expensive rooms for few services : the kitchen don’t has equipment or necessary stuff like salt, oil. The room is dirty, mainly the bed sheets (picture) with black hairs. Balcony is so small, nos as in the picture. Shower is almost warm, not hot. finally the pool has an attic temperature.

Good location. Very central in tagaytay for shops etc.plunge pool in hotel cafe and 7/11 staff at desk and security very friendly and helpful

Sink blocked TV didn't work no microwave- these were eventually repaired - the place itself is very tired needs money spending on it _ the bed is held up with random pieces of timber also we had to fumigate the bed as my wife was waking up with insect bites on her body- overall not acceptable to what was offered in advert I won't be using that apartment again.owner was very nice but penny pinching doesn't work - I work in property maintenance this was on the limit.

Nice place for a few days.

Good location, clean room/building, outside balcony can sit 2 people.

The door handle needs repair, very hard to open the door. Security guards very rude and unprofessional. The water in the pool had an artic temperature.

The location outside facilities

Noisy neighbors, shouting in hallway 6am microwave had no socket, window could not open, tiny balcony, poor maintainance, 17th 2pm we were told "checkout now", and so on

Very good

We liked the location of the area. It is accessible to all our basic needs (near Fastfood, Mall & Church, PUV's). The room is also nice.

We didn't get a towel in our room. The AC filter is also dirty, there are times that it is hot.

Highly recommended place to stay ❤️

The stay was good. The room is clean and it smells nice. Complete kitchen ware. We are on the 20th floor and the view is fantastic ( mountain & taal view ). Friendly staff and owner. Highly recommended place to stay. If I'm planning to have another staycation I will choose this place again.

Location was good. Parking is confusing. Need to drive on a back road. Shower heater not working.

Location was near to places in tagaytay.

Shower did not have hot water. We were freezing every time we take a shower.

it served its purpose and gave what i expected.

accomodating owner. excellent view and clean unit.

terrace door knob is too old but not a problem at all. i like it better if the comforter is a little thick perfect for warming bodies specially for the cold temp inside out but still not an issue at all. id still come back for this unit 😊
