Overlooking lake view and security for bag check at entrance
Because of the construction going on the main entrance and obstructing it, I got confused if I got to the right place

Distance on tourist spots location was mostly nearby. I love the buffet breakfast they serve. Staff are all friendly.
Nothing much. But they have to pay more attention to the guest need/request even its a simple thing. For the guest that was already a big thing.

The staff were accommodating and always smiling ๐. The breakfast buffet was also good. I also liked the location since itโs very near other must-visit places in Tagaytay.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which I think is coming from the drainage. I hope this can be checked and maintained as well. Also, there were quite a lot of bugs in the balcony, though this is understandable given the number of trees in the surrounding area.

it is facing the Taal Volcano, even its raining, i can still see the beautiful view in the pool area
I reserved something specific, but I did not receive what I booked. This is very disappointing and not what I expected.
