The place was cozy and quiet especially there is a Church within the vicinity of the hotel.
The food is also nice with filipino breakfast which we are excited to eat again as we came from abroad were those breakfast like daughters and doing are not always available outside the Philippines unless someone brought into outside the Philippines.

I absolutely loved the hospitality and the serene atmosphere. They also have a heated pool that I personally enjoyed.

The linens were nice. The staff was nice.
It's worth noting that this hotel does NOT accept non-Philippino credit cards for payment unless you prepay. My friend in another room didn't prepay and was left in a lurch when her credit card wasn't accepted. Amongst our friend group, we tried credit and debit cards from 3 other countries which also werent accepted. We finally had to make an overseas bank transfer to pay for the room. This whole process took more than 2 hours as the staff couldn't provide us with an accurate SWIFT code at first (finally the 3rd one worked). Upon returning home we each discovered a pending charge from Via Appia on all of our credit cards. This is still unresolved 2 weeks later.
There was no swing-bar lock on our door. It had clearly been broken off leaving us feeling very uneasy about security.
