The location and the view was great
The rubber sidings on the door of the balcony are all worm out, you can hear the traffic and the loud singing from the outside. We stayed at the 5th floor.

the view is spectacular. nice room, comfy beds. we stayed in 2 rooms, lakeview suite. breakfast was good, dinner took long considering only one chef available. lobby is nice. everything is close, not to mention the volcano, sky ranch, malls, starbucks, aristocrat and old restos within proximity

The view
No one is answering our phone call and msgs before the check in time..
❌In the suite room the ac it’s not cooling much.
❌th tv cable is not working because of the bad weather.
❌ in the summit cafe, there are alot of fruit flies laying on the fruits.
