Beautiful spot with a breathtaking view.

Beautiful location, breathtaking view from the balcony. Really nice and cozy kitchen area.

When we opened a couch to sleep on it, it was quite dirty inside. Some areas of the bathroom were also not properly cleaned.

Recommended. Happy to get back.

The most valuable thing if you stay in Kotor is the view(besides Cats) . It's perfect here, the view from this terrace is not better to find. That's for sure. The rest in the apartment are Ok, without an issues. So you're gonna have enjoyable stay.

The quality of cotton bedding could be better. An elastic band on the sheet would be nice to fix a sheet to a mattress

住宿陽台外面的風景太美了

入住前民宿會將住宿地點路線的影片發送給你，所以很快找到住宿點，進去的路有點小，住宿大樓的底下就是停車場很方便停車，最讓人驚豔的是住宿陽台的風景就是KOTOR峽灣，看得到停靠的郵輪，隨時可以看到峽灣風景太愛了。房東還送了一瓶紅酒，雖然最後也沒喝。

有一點要注意的是城市稅必須自己到古城旅遊觀光中心繳納，一人1歐元，我們隔天還特地再跑去古城繳納，應該住宿前就要先告知我們才對!

Temizlik, olanaklar, manzara, daire sahibinin ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi.

Sıcak su için ısıtıcı tankının içindeki suyun ısınmasını beklemeniz gerekiyor ya da sürekli ısıtıcıyı açık bırakmanız gerekiyor. Çok önemli bir durum değil hoş görülebilir.

Great for short and long stays

Friendly and helpful host who gave us simple check-in instructions before our arrival. Great location, easy access to Kotor old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable with smooth Wi-Fi. Free parking garage was useful as we arrived by car. Overall, it has everything one might need for a short or a long stay.

Great views

It's all about the location - 10mins walk to Old Town, less to a supermarket, and with the best views from the balcony. Lots of space, modern decor, good WiFi. Parking available. Easy self check-in and owner easy to contact on WhatsApp.

Poor soundproofing with the apartment next door - we were kept awake by the neighbours. Air-con weak - doesn't really cool down the bedroom. Smell of stagnant water in the bathroom.

Gorgeous apartment in a gorgeous city!

Great modern apartment, very modern and with a great view. The owner was super friendly and helpful, sending us very detailed videos on how to find the property (made the self checking process super easy!). The property has its one parking, which was amazing. Super easy access to the center of Kotor.

Very good

The view is incredible, the apartment can be booked for the view alone. Parking place is essential. Location is perfect. Very detailed instructions that made check in easy. Nice to have a bottle of vine on arrival. Owner´s mother has baked us a tasty cake, wonderful surprise. Good communication with the owner, good restaurant recommendations. Good air-conditioning.

The apartment needs renovation. The smell of sewage and dampness in the bathroom.

Spacious , clean and comfortable. The host gave us very clear instructions about everything including the route, parking, elevator etc. very clear and clutter free. The apartment is walking distance to old town and a very good view. Perfect for a stay for up to 4 adults.

Great location, the view is breathtaking! My daughter (4) was especially amazed. The host is super friendly and always willing to help with questions of any kind. Kotor is a wonderful place to spend your vacation and I'm happy that I found this apartment, it's a treasure and definitely worth the money! The homemade wine was a nice surprise and another possibility to feel the beautiful Montenegro's vibe :) We spent great time here!!!

What a lovely stay we had... Exellent host. Never had such a good detailed road description with photo's and info about restaurants, things to see. The view was amazing!!! So close to the bay, watching the cruise ships. Very clean. Washing machine. Nice kitchen. Good parking space. Thanks for the super tasty wine. Very welcoming. A must stay in Kotor!!

Very good location, very close to the old town. The free parking is a big bonus because it’s very difficult to find parking in the area. Jovana sent us very detailed information and many recommendations for restaurants and she was always available to help us with anything. The terrace is lovely as on the pictures.

Everything was spectacular. the view is the nicest view I’ve ever stayed in. all the facilities were clean and everything was available. the host was lovely, gave us so many recommendations and even had a bottle of wine ready for us that was made locally by their family! if you’re planning to stay in Kotor then there really isn’t a better place to stay.

the view from the balcony was even better than the photos! even on a rainy day! I could have just stayed there the whole time! great location, great communication & host very kind. ample space for a couple! walk to apartment is a bit steep but not a problem for us

Nice apartment with a stunning sea view, perfectly located within a walk to distance to Kotor old town , we had a very nice stay and felt like home. Parking garage is also a big convenience. Kotor is a beautiful city and choosing the right accomodation makes a visit a wonderful expirience.
