Freshwater, I believe, is one of the safest and most beautiful swimming beaches in Sydney and also offers a 50 meter rock ocean pool, an ideal way to keep up that daily exercise. Beach, coastal headland and harbour side walks are in every direction. No need to get in the car though there is a bus at your door taking you to Manly or Brookvale where you will find the beautiful outdoor Westfield Shopping Mall and movie cinemas. The city is a relaxing ferry ride away. PLEASE NOTE: The property is set up for holiday letting. This is not a party property, strata has very strict noise by-laws and do and will issue fines for offences. You will be immediately evicted and loss of bond plus any other damages to be paid for. This is a recycle friendly building, please dispose of all waste thoughtfully. BBQ and convection microwave oven must be left clean and kitchen must be left clean and tidy. There is a cleaning fee included in the rate however, failure to leave the property clean & tidy may result in excessive cleaning charges being taken out of your bond. Please notify us on the day prior to departure in writing if extra cleaning is required so we can co-ordinate cleaners. Strictly no pets, no parties, no smoking and no more than four persons to stay at the property. We reserve the right to withhold your bond and terminate your stay if any of these occur. You accept full responsibility for any breakages or damage caused by you or your guests. If any damage is negligence all costs of repairing and or replacing back to its original order will be your responsibility. Any further costs such as relocating or refunding future guests until property is repaired will be at your cost. The property is beyond the description in every way. You are often disappointed with self catering but this property delivers a home from home experience which is often lacking with rentals. The comfort aspect from beds to outdoor recliners is not compromised, The equipment within the property is of a high standard and little details from beach equipment and umbrella's to Xmas decorations and napkins are not left out. Julie ( behind the scenes) is the most attentive host ensuring your needs are met without you even having to ask. We had the most amazing stay and miss the view and sea breeze already. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

We were hoping for a fantastic apartment, close to Freshwater beach, with Freshwater town and Manly within walking distance, a wrap around balcony with views over Freshwater beach, glorious sunrises and sunsets-we were not disappointed. Top floor apartment(penthouse) with every amenity you could want, opening the sliding doors to balcony provided a welcoming breeze. Highly recommended. Thank you Julie for looking after us.

Everything about this property is great - from the well equipped kitchen to with towels, comfortable beds and bedding, a comfortable sitting area, a small washer dryer plus a great view over Freshwater Beach. Fun watching the beach activity and walking to the numerous cafes and shops. Communication with Julie was also exceptional. Highly recommend!

Easy access to shops, cafes and beach and the provision of beach gear is a really thoughtful addition. This a very special place at one of the nicest beaches we have visited. You will not believe this view until you see it for yourself. Better than the photos! Apartment is larger than in photos too. Had everything we needed and then some. This place was absolutely perfect for our week of holiday and Julie was fabulous to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of including early checkin so we could arrive straight from the airport and a very high level of communication. We are so grateful for this extremely relaxing week!

Walking into this chic and beautiful refurbished apartment, you are awe struck by the breathtaking views from every window. This apartment offers everything you will ever need for a really comfortable and special getaway enriched by stunning sunrises, sunsets and rainbows enjoyed from the balcony. It's incredibly comfortable, perfectly clean, quiet, with a well-decked out kitchen for the chef, and a stunning waterfall shower to enjoy after a local beach swim! No complaints here and we are definitely returning !
