A wonderful stay in a central, clean and large apartment.

Very clean and spacious with excellent cooking facilities and appliances. The balcony offers excellent views over the city.

My parents cannot walk far and so the hill climb to the main road was a struggle for them. Taxis did often refuse to pick us up but this is not the apartments fault. It is only around a 15min walk to the old town so perfectly fine on the way down for fit people. The climb back up is exhausting.

NOT a review for Ranieri Kono but for Casa Kondelli - read my story

Funny story is that we actually did not get to stay at this property. One day before our arrival in Dubrovnik booking informed us that our reservation could not be honored due to overbooking, although we have reserved 3 months prior and already paid the full amount 1 month prior to our arrival. I immediately called the property and I discussed over the phone with Nikolina who informed me that overbooking was a mistake from booking and unfortunately there was nothing she could do because there were no rooms available at the property. I requested her to find us an alternative accommodation given that we have been informed on such short notice and we already paid. After 10 min she called back informing me that the owner of this accommodation has another property in Dubrovnik, Casa Kondelli, and that they are not having any guests there during those days, so we can take it without any additional costs. Then I got in touch with Elisa, the owner of both properties, who was really nice, friendly, apologized for the mistake and assured me everything is arranged for our stay at Casa Kondelli. So my review will actually be for that property. We arrived in Dubrovnik the next evening and we were welcomed by Elisa and Antonio who were very nice to us, they showed us the villa and gave us tips for nice restaurants and things to do around. Casa Kondelli is an amazing property with amazing view over the old city and the harbor. The apartment is newly renovated and is not missing anything, has the latest modern kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. The highlight of the property is the terrace where you can rest in the afternoon or have coffee in the morning. The villa is perfect for a big group of friends of family coming to Dubrovnik for a week of relaxation. During our stay there Antonio checked with us to make sure that we are okay and that we have everything we need. The car can we parked right outside the villa.

Since the property is up the hill, there are a lot of stairs to go down to the old town and climb back, which can be a proper workout, but the view is definitely worth it :)

Very spacious and clean apartment with private parking

Very spacious apartment that is very clean and neat with equipped kitchen for self-catering. Private parking is also an added bonus.

Great place. Superb views. Excellent host.

The view wa superb. Host greeted us personally and gave all kinds of good advise.

Maybe offer more pillows in the bedroom.

The location of the home was really good

The staff of the place was exceptionally rude. The service lady, Nikolina chased us on a car, stopped our taxi on the middle of the highway just because we missed to pay €12 city tax. We had only €10 Euro which we gave her, but she didn't let the cab leave. It was 9:47am and we had a bus to catch at 10am. We barely caught our bus because the driver helped with the 2€ as the lady will not let us go because of this.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dubrovnik, a beautiful town, friendly people, amazing sights. Our apartment was fantastic, Nikolina was amazing, her recommendations were brilliant, so accommodating and a lovely host! Beautiful views from the apartment!

Amazing place with an awesome view

We loved the location and the easy parking. The view was amazing and there’s a little sitting area outside to enjoy it. The room was very spacious and decorated very nicely. Nikolina was sweet and wonderful and we really enjoyed talking with her. She was always available and gave us plenty of tips for exploring the city.

There was no shower gel/shampoo, could have been nice to have.

Comfortable apartment with a great views and very nice host

We were very happy with our apartment. Best view of the old city of Dubrovnik and Adriatic sea from our specious balcony. We had most beautiful sunset. Moon wasn`t so bad either. Our host, Nikolina, was very very nice. She gave us few options to go to for dinner and breakfast. She even extended our parking space hours so we could enjoy the city and not worry about our car the next day. I would totally come back here the next time

Nice and spacious apartment, light and airy making for a comfortable stay. Great View from the balcony. Good location to walk to the old town and beach. Host very helpful and accommodating.

Kitchen could be better equipped and second shower not usable.

Beautiful view, peaceful stay.

Gorgeous view. Friendly hosts. Nikolina arranged transport from the airport for us and was accessible via her cell phone despite the fact that she had a family wedding. Apartment was very clean and we did some laundry. Hung out to dry overnight and the sea breezes work their magic.

It is quite a hike to the old city. It’s very easy to find and to get there, but the hills will kill your calves. Be prepared to get your heart racing. If you weren’t in good shape before this vacation, you will be afterwards.

Nikolina was a great hostess, really really helpful. The apartment was in road -level so you couldn't see much of the sea in the background but the area was really quiet and nice, you can definitely relax. The apartment was super clean ,the bed was comfortable . The parking area was a game changer

The location is nice and it takes 10 minutes to get to the old Town but if you visit during the summer like we did ,get ready for some work out ! Too many stairs to get there but it's really nice , flowers everywhere

Lovely apartment, close enough to the centre.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and modern fittings. Quiet and comfortable.

It is an easy walk into the old city but if you are like us it is a quite a walk back up, so you will get a taxi more often than not.

Magnificent! It was more than I could've asked for. The view was amazing!

Nikolina was a joy to work with, she reached out to me before my stay, greeting me at arrival, gave me loads of info on Dubrovnik, took care of airport transfer (both to and from). It was truly my best stay in Europe! and will definitely come back and stay there again. Many thanks for a great stay

Less stairs, but that is just Dubrovnik. As far as the stay, everything was perfect!

Great place to rest and start exploring Dubrovnik old town and Lapad.

The studio is very spacious and comfortable, with all facilities you might need. It has an amazing view of Dubrovnik from top of the hill which we liked a lot, free parking (which is a win in Dubrovnik) and it was quite easy to find a place. Finally, our host Nikolina was very kind and gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants, such as Dubravka and Fratello Prosecco bar.

The apartment was great with a free parking as promised, the host very friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment terrace is great and you can see Dubrovnik from the above. Apartment is far from the city center so you should prepare yourself to 15 minutes of walking to visit old town and other areas in Dubrovnik since parking is very expensive.

Really nice!

+ really easy to get to with your own car and you got your own parking spot + Spacy appartement with everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron + table, lovely terrace with a great view Elisa was always available via Whatsapp. She kindly also extended our check-out even though new guest were arriving the next day. We did not get to see/do all we wanted in our two night stay. So we will definitely be back!

/ It is indeed a 20min walk down to, and up again from old town. Depending on which route you take, there are indeed stairs involved. However, we (two 27 yo with a low fitness level and sitting jobs) did not find it too hard. We feared worse if we read all the comments, but it is pretty doable.

Nices Appartement

We are a group of 5 friends aged 18 to 19 and were looking for a nice place to stay in Dubrovnik. This Appartement was perfect ,as it had a great view of the sea and of the city of Dubrovnik and wasn't too far away from the old town and beaches. The walk takes about 10-20 minutes depending on your fitness level, as the streets are really steep and the beautiful view comes with a lot of stairs. It's totally worth it though! We had 2 rooms with 2 beds each and one sleeping couch in the living room, which was totally fine as it didn't take away too much space. There were two bathrooms and we had an assigned parking spot in one of the two garages. Also the Appartment was well lit and the balcony was very spacious and is a really great spot to watch the sunset while enjoying dinner. No complains can be made about its cleanliness and it was very well equipped in every way. Even though the landlord wasn't in town during our stay, she was very friendly and took good care of us. All in all Ranieri Kono is a great place for friends, families and couples to stay at.
