Nestled in Mount Shasta, this lovely condo for $98 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a Studio flat, with its own entrance. The upstairs loft is the only other guest rental in the building. You have a separate entrance, patio, bath and bed. The studio is ADA compatible. Kitchen is minimal, with induction hot plate, microwave, tea kettle, a keurig one cup and a toaster oven. (Fridge, too!)You can walk everywhere in town, from this cozy spot. Mt Shasta rolls up at night, but the train does pass through. Large bathroom with shower. Internet, TV , heat and air!

The space was perfect in every way. My husband and I have stayed at several places over the years, and this is our favorite now. It's conveniently located, the bathroom is big with a great shower, and the kitchenette has everything we needed. We will definitely return!

This cozy bachelor studio with high ceiling makes this unit look spacious. The generous snacks, beverages and the doTERRA essential oil diffuser as well as the comfortable bed, it’s a home away from home. This studio was super cute and cozy! The heating unit works great and the extra floor heater and heated blanket were great for the winter. Our water did go out on our first full day but Jessie was super responsive and made sure it came back on as soon as possible. Overall great experience!

Our staying at the Chestnut Garden Flat was beyond expectation. The apartment was very clean, very well furnished and located in a convenient area, Downtown MT. Shasta. The Host Jessie made everything possible to make our staying enjoyable and comfortable. We will surely plan to be back soon. The place was very quiet, but the train tracks are not too far, sometimes we could hear the warning horn but did not bother or wake-up us during sleep. Highly recommended place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and well positioned get-away in Mount Shasta. So many activities and a snow storm. It was gorgeous and added to the adventure.

This was an ideal spot for my solo weekend stay. It was lovely and easy to be in downtown, with restaurants and shops just a block away. When there was an issue (upstairs unit neighbors were loud the first night) I was appreciative that the property manager contacted them as soon as I reached out to her the next day and the matter was solved.

This place is the perfect location in town. Easy to walk to anything. It’s got enough of a kitchen for me to cook all the food I want. Nice space to hang out in. Great front patio. Open windows and cool breezes at night (and air conditioning). Beautiful garden out front. Hummingbirds, honeysuckle and a view of Mt Shasta when I headed to my car! The host went above and beyond and was great to work with. I’ll definitely be back!

Jessie’s studio rental had all the amenities in a rental and more. From snacks to chilled drinks in fridge, to toiletries and parking in front of property, renting vrbo makes it more worthwhile than staying in a hotel room. Jessie, you are the hostess with the mostest!

A quite location but convenient to the village restaurants, grocery and stores. Very clean and nice little extras like snacks and coffee.

Loved the studio so much! Tastefully and comfortably outfitted and just a great space to come home to when you’re dirty from hiking and paddling all day…sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine afterwards too ❤️

Perfect homebase for a ski holiday
We had a wonderful weekend stay at Jessie's studio. The place was spacious, clean, and well appointed with amenities. We particularly appreciated how warm and toasty the studio was despite the below-freezing temps outside. There is even a heater in the bathroom! Communication with Jessie was easy and she was willing to accommodate flexible check in /check out times. We'd definitely stay again!

Clean studio in great down town location
Jessie was an awesome host. She had clear communication with helpful information about our stay. The apartment was clean, well stocked with the necessities and it a great location down town. We would happily stay at Jessie’s spot again!
