This second floor unit has breathtaking views of the lighthouse, wildlife, and of course, the ponies. Sea Tag's brand new deep water floating dock is the best on the island. Boat slip included with rental - fishing and crabbing right from the dock! Amenities include central heat and AC, high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, DISH network television. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom features bunk (twin) beds, a full size bed, and a flat screen TV. The living room includes sofa and love-seat with flat screen TV. This unit also features a well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, crock pot, dishwasher, convection oven and microwave. Bike rack on property and kayak rentals next door. Highly rated on VRBO. Multiple outside charcoal grills. Bring your own charcoal! Linens are not provide it. A clean, delightful location with a beautiful view looking out over Assateague Island. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, all the things one needs for a long weekend, everything was perfect. I would happily come back!

Our third consecutive year of staying in this unit. Returning next year. Quiet, peaceful & beautiful spot. A little wear and tear showing especially in the bathroom. However, my rating on this unit and it's owner is five stars.

We’ve stayed in this location before. Love the view. Everything was clean and updated. However we did miss the ability to bring our dog and our family is growing. So we may not always be able to stay there in the future for a full family vacation, due to the size. But would absolutely consider it for smaller get aways again.

We had an amazing trip, great view and well stocked unit. We loved the location and the pier. We brought our pontoon boat and it fit perfectly in the slot on the dock. We would stay here again in the future.

This was the best stay we’ve ever had on Chincoteague! The condo was perfect, loved the location, neighbors were quiet and friendly. Easy to get to everything. This unit is exactly as listed--clean, quiet, comfortable, great views. Communication with the owners is prompt and helpful, though rarely necessary, as the unit is extremely well appointed, with helpful posted suggestions, instructions and labels for nearly everything. We absolutely loved being just across the water from the lighthouse and the ponies, while also being well-away from hubbub of the large hotels and campgrounds. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and the living spaces are quite comfortable. Parking is reserved, as is the boat slip. Everything is within 5 minutes' drive. During our stay, most of the units in the building were rented for another family's large reunion, but we heard no one in the other units unless they were outside. My only very minor concern is that the laundry room has only two, somewhat small washing machines and dryers. We were on our second week of traveling when we arrived, and we had a little bit of difficulty getting laundry done, with no laundromat on the island. We didn't let that detract from our stay, however, as everything else was so wonderful. We would absolutely return. Thank you to our gracious hosts for a week of lovely memories!

Staying at David’s place last year, we knew we would be back! Once again, it was great! The property is perfectly situated, well supplied, and immaculately clean! Watching the water and ponies across it from the deck over morning coffee is a great way to start the day. Can’t wait to be back!

We spent a delightful long weekend at this waterfront condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, plus convenient to shops/restaurants in town and Assateague. Plus we could see the ponies from our deck! The constant view of the Assateague lighthouse never got old. We loved this rental and highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful property, tucked away on a quiet corner of the island across from the refuge and close to everything. In the morning, you wake up to the ponies across the water and at night you can watch the light house from the deck. A floating dock provides crabbing & fishing opportunities. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped. It even has a crab pot & utensils for a seafood boil along with binoculars for watching the ponies & the birds from the deck. This was our first time renting through VRBO and it was the best rental experience we have ever add. The host was wonderful and responsive.

Little bit more expensive than planned and a smaller place than we thought would be and with only one bathroom was a little tight. I asked previously if we needed any keys and was told no however we did not get the needed laundry key - had to borrow from another renter in another unit.

Floors could have been cleaner, felt dirty when walking on bare feet when just getting there. Some things could have been cleaner but no bugs. Views and access to water and dock make this property worth it but is dependent on who is renting next to you as you share the deck. The tub bottom has something on it and also old drain so it’s not good for giving children baths. Beds are very very soft. Great if you don’t need a firm mattress. Couches and kitchen were nice. Shared laundry but didn’t use so can’t review.

Love this property! Has great views of the ponies, and is perfect for boat watching and dolphin watching during the warmer months. Beautifully appointed condo! We had everything we needed.
