He is impatient and does not give proper information about access to the property.

Location is great but service is poor.

The host is rude. The address given is bad and make it difficult to locate the place.

Honest Review.

The location was ideal. It was in a security complex. And the size of the apartment was good. Hosts were good in answering questions. WiFi was really good.

The security made us manually check in every day with codes which would take forever, even though they knew we were staying there. We found 2 cockroaches crawling around. The amenities were super basic. There wasn't any hand soap. Only provided one towel and one hand towel per person for 5 days. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Apartment did accumulate dust but there was no handy vaccuum or broom to clean. Fridge/freezer was not clean. Dishes were super basic (2 Muggs and just a few dishes) and there was basically no cutlery (one teaspoon), and it was not clean.

The property was a home away from home, 😂😂😂😂 I even cooked stew for my family as if I was in my kitchen. We really really enjoyed our stay there. Big ups guys and the security in place haaaai 110%.

The location was perfect for our needs which was a show we were doing at Kyalami.

Was concerned that aircon was unavailable because then one may need to open windows and this is a security breach. However it was cool enough. There is security in the complex and burglar bars so this was just a precautionary concern.

big inconvinience,very poor service from host.space to write review is small,i have a story to tell

it was a self catering apartment so there was no breakfast provided

1. The worst put off was that host Damo checked us into the wrong apartment.we booked this particular apartment with 2 beds and 2 baths but we ended up being checked in on 92 New Road,Carswald,Midrand which was a 2 bed with 1 bath.being our first time in Midrand we only realised after check in that we had been checked into the wrong apartment when we wanted to go to Mall of Africa and our taxi driver told us that it wasnt a walking distance to the mall yet when we booked on booking it said aprtment was 800m from the mall,proximity to mall of africa being the reason that we booked the apartment because our business was at Mall of Africa for the 3 days we were in Midrand. Upon realisation i called Damo who casually told me that he had made a mistake and checked us into the wrong apartment and he had already checked in other people in the apartment,he promised to rectify it but never got back to us about it till we left.asked him how we will be able to access the mall for the whole time we were there he responded saying you guys can just uber its only R50 per trip,something we hadnt budgeted for so we had to uber for 2 round trips everyday because we were in and out and luckily we had an SA line to use to get ubers otherwise half the time there was loadshedding and no alternative power source so there was no wifi to use. 2. Accesing the apartment was always difficult ended up being a real nightmare,its a secured complex so we would need an access code from Damo everytime we got the place and the guard literally ended up calling us a nuisance because we would ask him to call Damo everytime we wanted to go in and out.the residents were helpful though.2 times they tried to assist us with the one even offering to use his fingerprint for us.called Damo to get code and he said he was driving and would get back to us asap which he only did hours later after i messaged him again and he said he had loadshedding.

The complex is safe and the wifi very good. Also being able to self check-in and out made it hassle free.

I think the towels and bathroom floor mats needs to be replaced as they look old and worn out. Our booking stated that we are a family of four, however there were not four glasses or four coffee mugs in the kitchen present. I often stay in similair facilities in Rosebank for the same value per night, but they are completely in a diffrent class if you compare them because they are way beter than this one.

Everything. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The commutation was on point from the owner. The security guards were also helpful.

I think you just need to work on the access, maybe give us tags.

It has been awesome, exellent and we enjoyed every minut of our stay.

The instructions where find the keys to the room were explained in a whatsup message and the security at the gate were also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, just did not had the time to enjoy the pool.
