Nestled in Ogunquit, this lovely condo for $248 per night is a great option for your next trip. Awesome location, walk to the beach, the Marginal way, Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit. The trolley is right down the street. Heated pool, tennis courts, and playground for your children. Recently renovated master bedroom and two full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout and patio with ocean views. Two air conditioners and well stocked kitchen. Master has a king bed and sleeper sofa is a king with a tempurpedic mattress.

We had a wonderful time at Peter and Kim’s place. It was super clean and had a sweet deck with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was well organized and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time. I would most definitely rent it again. Some suggestions: add grab bars, rubber mats, soap dishes and shelves to hold shampoo, etc. to the bathrooms. Also, provide sheets and towels.

Condo was very clean and neat. A bit misleading being listed as a two bedroom since it’s one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom bathtub needs some hand holds and at least one shelf for your soap/ shampoo, etc. There aren’t any. The tub floor was slippery without texture and you need to be careful in it. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and with the above mentioned improvements it would be even better.

You can't beat the location, halfway between Perkins Cove and the main beach, and just a brief walk to the Marginal Way. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (although a box grater or cheese grater would have been nice! :) ). Owners were friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to all inquiries. I suppose that the opposite side of the building would have yielded a slightly better view & more protection from the sun on the balcony, but that's hardly important.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, Kim & Peter’s condo is where you will want to be! Having your morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean cannot be beat. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need and it is always super clean! The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

After 3 years, we finally got a week away in Ogunquit. The condo was perfect for a couple. It was clean, convenient, very comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Peter and Kim are great communicators and made the process as easy as could be.

We just returned from a COVID-style birthday getaway and Peter’s place did not disappoint. We were able to get takeout from a few local restaurants and we were able to cook our own meals. We have stayed in other VRBOs that didn’t have a decent set of knives but Peter had nice real knives and aluminum foil! It was the little things that impressed. Very clean, very comfortable and fantastic location for walking. We hope to return. And Peter, we’d like to hear more stories about the building!
