La ubicacion, la distribucion y decoracion del bungalow.

A comfortable, fancy place with great facilities and very good assistance from the consierge.

A very spacious apartment with two sleeping rooms , king and queen size beds, very comfortable madras. And a large living area with kitchen and comfortable sofa and chairs. Surround by trees, a nice swimming pool, five minutes to the beach. Very close (walking distance to supermarket, surf shops and restaurants).

The road just outside (direction Playa Hermosa) is not well paved so there is some traffic sounds from squads. But it’s just part of charm of being close to beach. You hear wave sounds and animals when at home.

pleasant stay , good location and helpful staff

it is clean & spacious with everything I need. Clara . the concierge lady is super helpful on booking my shuttle before we arrive and still helping me now on my left behind item.

it is only the first night we arrived. electricity was cut due to rain. but it is not the property can control

Tje place was OK .!!

The day we made the check in immediately we realized the air conditioner ( any of them ) were working .. One of the employees told us it was gonna be fixed during the day, but later he said it was not possible SO they brough us 2 fans ( 1 for my friends and 1 for me ) IS THE BEACH / in order to be at the beach is great but sleeping with out A/C was horrible we couldn’t sleep at all cause the the HIT was incredible / the manager said she was gonna talk to the owners in order to Recognizing some kind of the amount we payed for the situation / and here we are still waiting cause she never calls back ..!!!

we were ready to leave. the leaf blower started early in the morning with the traffic and lasted all day

we love the style of the bungalows. makes us feel like we are in a tree house.

bungalow 4 is surrounded by roads that numerous construction workers travel on starting at 6 am. the upper windows do not have glass and it is way too loud for a vacation property. if we return we will never stay in 4 again.

Lovely styled apartment at convenient location . Great pool.

The kitchen was very scarcely equipped (no proper equipment to wash the dishes, not enough breakfast bowls for the whole family).

Location is great. The security guys were very friendly.

The host was quite careless. She didn't bother to show up and kept answering my questions (with a huge delay) on the whatsapp. The bungalow allows too much sound in. I couldn't sleep well.

Wonderful location in front of the best surfing location. Beautiful bungalows with nature all around. A great pool. secure parking. staff was great extremely responsive.

N/A. everything about the property was perfect. I am a cook, and a the small kitchen is truly great. full fridge, hot plate, microwave, Dutch oven, stove, and large sink.

Incredible Jungle-like Bungalow In a Quiet Part of ST

We had a fantastic stay from beginning to the end. The bungalow was perfect for three women—peaceful, gorgeous, beautiful views from the garden, great location to everything in Santa Teresa! Rocio, our on-site host, was exceptional, attentive to our requests, informative local guide on all things in the area! Would absolutely stay again.

Superb

Perfect and central location to Santa Teresa and the beach. The staff were warm, welcoming and always available. The bungalow had everything we needed and it felt like a home away from home.

Disappointing

The location is perfect. Housekeeping everyday. Nice big kitchen.

Very noisy - lawn mower every morning, trucks going up and down the hill at all times during the day, rooms arwn't well insonorized. The rooms don't look as nice and clean as the photos. The couch was covered with blanketa because it was really stained and dirty, the windows and floor was always dirty even though housekeeping came every other day.

The monkeys and the staff! Well my daughter probably enjoyed the monkeys best overall. But the help we received was almost concierge-like.
