My stay was great. I felt comfortable and safe.

The room was very clean and smells fresh. The host was very responsive. The receptionist is very helpful, kind, and nice. Security personnel were very nice. I like how close in proximity the Airbnb is to the beach.

Well, I love music and can fall asleep with music. However, I feel like other guest may have a problem with music playing at the pool through out the nights.

Wonderful time in Jamaica 🇯🇲

The place was clean and beautiful. Beach pool and restaurants and stores were close by the people were very friendly I will definitely come back.

location was perfect easy access too the beach, kfc and Burger King only a 5 minute walk. the pool side and bar was our favourite every morning we went for a swim.

Very disappointing and Misled

There were LOUD partying EACH night I was there on Friday and Saturday, Blasting music into 1AM. My kids and myself had a hard time falling asleep. The window was off rail, that certainly did not help! Gross Water Kettle, completely not cleaned still had either milk or mineral deposits on it. All Pots and Pans were not stick yet had deep scratches in it. Certainly not safe to use. The safe box key did not function. You could not get it to open once closed. The host offered us to leave because of the loud partying directly outside our bedroom, said she would refund 2 days. Until today, the refund has not been completed. More disappointing was Jean’s attitude. She was very dismissive about the noise issue, said it was not her problem. I just thought that she should have informed us, knowing that we had THREE Young Children with us. With the people smoking Weed and Loud Partying 50 feet from your bedroom was just too much for us. She should have at least informed us. The fire Alarm system which was directly behind our bedroom door, also was beeping the entire night. There was NO dining table, contrary to the description. There were high chairs for the kitchen island with no where to put your legs. The host did not provide ANY paper towel during the stay. Only Hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Each bathroom had Only One Light working. Also some sheets smelled really funky, I brought it up to Jean and she insisted that it was washed but the smell of the pillow case and the sheet was so strong that we had to cover it with towels during the first night. Jean was upset when we checked in the property four hours late. We checked in at 9pm instead of 5 due to a delay in our flight. She blamed us for coming late after we were already exhausted by the delay in the flights, with three young children, after finally making it to the property at 9PM.

Val and family stay

The apartment was clean and modernly furnished, the kitchen was well kitted out and the bedrooms have AC. The rooms where cleaned often.There are stores and bars within walking distance and we found a local cafe that we had porridge from most mornings - cornmeal, hominy etc. The Jerk centre and Island village restaurants are also nearby. My family enjoyed their stay at the apartment.

The location was perfect and within close proximity to everything we wanted. The host was amazing, very responsive and accommodating to questions.

Outside the apartment (to the front) was an area with water that needed fixing-seemed to be settled water.. Otherwise it was ideal

A little gem in Ochi

The apartment had everything we needed and all facilities. I loved the location and the apartment was tastefully decorated and modern. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and also to the local attractions such as Dunns River Falls. Dolphin Cove and many more we just minutes away. There is a lovely restaurant on site but there is also lots of great options a stones throw away and plenty of local shopping options. The apartment gave us a holiday with the best of both worlds.

I don't honestly have anything to add here more than if u did have any concerns, communication with the host was excellent so any issues could resolved quickly

Superb

The rooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen had ample cookware, a decent size fridge, a nice toaster & microwave. Nice living room furniture. AC & fans worked great. I liked the fact that racks were available to hang wet laundry. Very comfortable for a home away from home. I would stay there again. Worth the rental cost.

The queen size bed was more like a full size bed. Mattresses need to be upgraded. They were a bit uncomfortable for me. Television is complicated to use. I was never able to watch TV in the Master bedroom.

Exceptional

This apartment is exactly as pictured. It's updated and absolutely lovely inside. We stayed as a family of 4. Our children swam every day and we had access to the beach. There is a restaurant on site. It's located close to everything that Ocho Rios has to offer. Jean stayed in contact with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jean!

The only thing I didn't like was that the restaurant by the bar didn't post prices and their prices seemed to change when my husband and I would ho resulting in us only ordering from there 1 time. The restaurant upstairs had posted prices so we ate there more often. The food was good at both places though.

Apartment with home comforts

Accommodation is as advertised, clean, comfortable and had all I required. Being on ground floor was a plus for me. It's centrally located - close to all amenities on and of site. Thanks Jean and Karen.

There's no a/c in living room area. Apartment directly opposite pool/bar area hence noisy until late. Music bar area played until around midnight. Thereafter sadly some guests made noise until around 1.30/2am nightly.

Comfortable and clean

Great location was able to see pool area from bedroom and beach from living room. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. Great host. Felt like home away from home.

The hostess Jean was very friendly and always helpful. Property was modern. We loved our stay here.

Cleanliness of the property, accessibilityto property and beach, friendly hostess. The property was fully equipped. It was comfortable and it felt like a home away from home.

The property is nice, the room is laid out pretty ok but some improvement is needed

No a/c in the sitting Area, nothing to watch on the tv not sure if any cable service is present.

Comfortable Convenient and Secure!!

The overall experience was wonderful. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Th host was great and answered any questions during the stay promptly. I extended my stay and she was accommodating extending our stay. There is a nice little bar by the pool where they play music in the evenings. There was a poolside paint night where it was nicely decorated with lights fancied up tables and chairs along with good music. Location couldn’t get any better!!

The only thing missing was a blender in the unit.

fabulous modern apartment

I love the modern furniture throughout the apartment, and the fact that it was walking distance from the beach. Jean and karen were really helpful and always a phone or message a way.

Nicely Decorated Apartment

Great location. Close to restaurants & shops. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated, & provided useful essentials.

No A/C in the living room/kitchen space and having to keep the interior doors of the apartment closed in order for the A/Cs in the bedroom to work.

It was overall an enjoyable stay for the kids.

We got there when another apartment was doing renovation work. So it was very noisy for 2 days. The workmen alsi broke a main and flood the apartments below. But Ms Jean took good care of us and sorted out everything for us to be comfortable.
