Comfortable & spacious

Location was good, had a few restaurants and stores local, tuktuks are easily accessible. Room was large and spacious

Great easy place to stay

Nice hotel apartment for our family when in Phnom Penh. Located centrally within tuktuk to everything.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. We had a new room, that smelled of tacos…. :)

Cigarette smell ruined it for us

Apparement was ok and pool on roof was nice.

The room smelled like cigarettes very badly. We had headaches from it and would have left if we were staying there for more than one day. Also the living areas (kitchen and living room) didn’t have any windows which is a dealbreaker.

Excellent staff and customer service!

The staff was wonderful. Theany provided exceptional customer service. We forgot some clothes in our room upon departure, and she happily helped us deliver them to our next destination. The staff also helped us book tours and Grabs, and helped us with directions many times. I wish every hotel had such an excellent staff!

One of the rooms was a bit smoky, but hopefully that will be fixed soon.

Perfect for longer stays or on business

Good value for money; a very comfortable, clean and spacious serviced apartment. Excellent and quiet rooftop pool and seating area. A small coffee stand with excellent espressos right opposite the hotel

Despite a large living room, the bedroom was smallish, with bed pushed to the wall and no bedside table on one side. It wold be perfect for one person. As tourists, we realised the location was not ideal, as not many people spoke English, and one needed a cab ride to the walkable riverside area every time

Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, quiet location. great pool and gym

The pool was clean and very refreshing after a day of walking. The staff were super friendly. The apartment is really big with big bedrooms. Only a 10 minute walk to the independence monument. Aircon in each room, great shower pressure, block out blinds for sleeping and doors to bedroom were solid blocking noise.

Wifi was slow. Like all tall buildings in Vietnam and Cambodia there are no fire stairs or smoke alarms in case of fire. Suggest enclosing stair to make it a fire stair and adding smoke alarms. Like all buildings in Vietnam and Cambodia, windows in the stairwell are a safety liability for small children who could fall out. Suggest adding metal screens.

A lovely, reasonably priced hotel.

The staff are excellent and were so helpful. We loved the room, it was spacious and met our requirements. The air conditioner was effective. We loved the pool on the top of the hotel - an oasis in a busy city.

The couch in the living space could have been more comfortable. Perhaps a couple of cushions would have helped. apart from this, we were very happy with the room.

Big rooms, comfortable beds in centre of Phnom Penh

Residence 105 is clean, rooms are big, shower pressure is good, rooms are quiet at night and the beds are super comfy. The staff were very attentive. The rooftop pool is a refreshing relief after a hot day discovering Phnom Penh

Wifi is slow. Would be great if they added breakfast.

Lovely Staff!

A lovely, clean apartment with an awesome rooftop pool where you can watch the sunset. The staff were so beautiful and accommodating. It's about 1km to walk to S21 prison museum. Some restaurants close by, but more 10-15 minutes walk away, or a tuktuk ride.

ein bisschen Luxus hoch über der Stadt

Die Aussicht und der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist grossartig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement mit zwei Zimmern, Wohnzimmer und Küche ist gemütlich und grosszügig. Konnten aufgrund von Krankheit unkompliziert um eine Nacht verlängern. Sehr heisses Wasser.

Die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich, hatten z.B. nur 2 Gabeln. Für ein Trinkglas das heruntergefallen ist, mussten wir beim Check-out 5 Dollar bezahlen. Das ist nicht verhältnismässig! Schalldicht sind die Appartements nicht, es wurde nebenan Karaoke gesungen, was das Personal dann jedoch unterbunden hat.

Leuke locatie met vriendelijk personeel , heerlijke bedden en goede aircos !

Leuke kamer en behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk personeel . Top bedden ! Goede airco , 3 stuks .

Zwembad was om een of andere reden erg koud. Denk omdat het op 8 ste etage was en veel wind over het water gaat. We konden zwemmen maar het was te koud, terwijl het buiten 30+ graden was

Very happy to recommend this place

This place was a very comfortable place to come home to after exploring. We loved the rooftop pool and my teenagers made good use of the gym. Staff were always welcoming. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge, not really for cooking in, but so many good places to eat outside. Being a little further out from the centre meant we saw more out walking. Food, laundry and supermarkets were within walking distance.

The only consideration is it is further out of the centre, but this was fine by us for the good value accommodation.

Just loved it there

The place is perfect, the staff are top notch , the guy in the parking garage always got my scooter out and ready to go , I loved this hotel , pool area is pure beautiful view also

It was okay.

No breakfast. The swimming pool looked good but too tired to swim. The staff were very good. I did not like the separate sitting area and bedroom. Felt like we were staying in a very small hotel room. The bed was not overly comfortable but the bathroom was good. The worse aspect of the hotel was the lift. Very new but one had to wait quite a long time to use the lift.

Hard to say. Perhaps breakfast and a decent bar.

We had a great stay and would stay here again

It was in a great location, the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The wifi was great and the living area was a good size. The cleaning staff even got us extra pillows when we requested.

The property should ensure that the claims on soundproofing and a view are upheld.

I like the location of this hotel. It is in BKK2 right across from the very central BKK1. I also like that the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel's claims on soundproofing and a view were not true. As for soundproofing, I could hear water running when my neighbour on the one side had a shower. I could clearly hear that they opened the bathroom door and had a shower in addition to the water running in pipes. On the other side of the room, I could hear my another neighbour coming back, making dinner, etc. Also, some apartments in the block have two bedrooms, thus quite a few families stayed there, and this made my room even noisier. I could hear children crying nearly half of the 9 nights I was there. I had to wait until they went to bed before I could do the same. As for the view, all I could see from my apartment's window was the wall of the adjacent building. I could only see the view if I stuck my head far out and turn either side. I am fine with accepting the above if the property's website was honest about the conditions, but the false claims were not acceptable. I am moving to another hotel, which will charge less, offer breakfast and is located in BKK1, for the remaining of my work trip as a result.

It was good , but i had experience this time I will go again

While i was doing checkout, i got informed that they didn't see the 2 pcs of floor mats in my room. Then i explained to them the time i go into the room they didn't leave any floor mats in my room (they even showed me their report from the cleaner says they do put the floor mats in my room, but the thing is i didn't see any in my room) Then the receptionist told us we need to pay for those 2 pcs of floor mats, why must we pay the thing that we didn't even see it . I asked where is manager, manager is on holiday. Then i told receptionist can check our bags to prove that we didn't take the floor mats. Then the receptionist says it ok we can leave It was take us an hour to argue for 2 pcs of floor mats, honestly why do i need to take the floor mate not a pillow or blanket ???? 🙄

Passable

Property had a variety of facilities to use which made the hotel more enjoyable. Gym was well equipped and had a good variety of dumbbells (4kg up to 22kg), pool was clean and the sauna and steam room were good additions. Hotel was located amongst a lot of restaurants, which made it convenient to find food.

We booked the two bedroom apartment which was a bit disappointing as it looked quite different/ apartment was smaller than the photos. The staff allowed us to view the room prior to paying and checking in but due to us flying in from overseas that day we weren't up for trying to sort out last minute accomodation and just stayed with our original booking. The room wasn't well equipped with kitchen items. We often found ourselves having to ask for a lot e.g dish wash soap, sponge, chopping board, knives and tea towels. The shower also has a time cap on hot water. Note: if you book the two bedroom apartment it only comes with one bathroom, which isn’t ideal between four people.

Great and pleasant stay… will return again!

Its spacious, clean and the staff is very polite. housekeeping is done dutifully… they are also very honest and go the extra mile to send me an email when we left behind an ear pod after checking out. thumbs up for this place!

The roof top pool, very friendly and helpful staff.

We had to buy dish soap and sponge to keep kitchen clean, and it needed tea towels to dry dishes. Otherwise it had everything we needed.
