Sehr unerfeutlch!

Shopping center

Die Ausstattung war einfach und alt. Die Tür von Badezimmer war verrotten voller schimmert und unhygieniz und die Farbe Blätter vom Türrahmen. Umständliches parken und keine weg beschreibung. Allgemeine sehr schlechr, unfreundlich organisiert, es ist nicht empfehlenswert.

The rooms were spacey except for the smallest last room which fitted one queen size bed. There was one master bedroom with queen size bed and another twin bedroom. Definitely liked and disliked the location - just get down the elevator and you’re inside the shopping center. But if u intend to go anywhere else, be prepared for the super packed traffic jam on weekends. The green scenery on the balcony and windows are great but wished there was some chairs to lounge at the balcony area.

I received a message from host that there was no water on loft D due to the pump issue. Luckily it was resolved quickly otherwise, we’ll have to move out and make things super inconvenient. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

The mgt allowed us to check in early for which we were very appreciative

Big lounge n kitchenette at the expense of the small 2nd bedroom. I like d dining area n balcony n d view

We stayed in d small room which was quite uncomfortable for 2 persons. No toiletteries (shampo, bath gels, soal, etc) were provided in the small toilet. TV was not working Very difficult life having just 1 key n card for the whole family. Should provide at least 2 sets. This is my 3rd stay at imago apartment. We used to be provided 2 sets of keys n card by the previous owner NOT ONE!

It feels so comfortable and so relax so stay here .

The property is peaceful , clean and also got a gym and a pool for you to enjoy , u can also enjoy jogging outside ur property and still having ur peace ..but theres only one problem , they don’t got any wifi but its okay ..

Great location. Just above imago mall.

We couldn’t get the television to work. The property also did not have any wifi. There was only one key and one key card. A bit difficult for those traveling in groups. Apart from that, neighbors were very noisy.

A stay full of disappointment.

It is located in a shopping mall. There are many food stalls and very convenient. Easy to get transport since it is in the center of the town.

The cleanliness of the apartment need to be improved. It is dampen and smelled. The pillows and beds were too soft and not comfortable. Many parts of the interior need to repair and maintain.

Not recommend for 4 pax

Location is convenient.

They mention 2 washroom but is 2 toilet and 1 toilet couldn't shower. It's funny is that hard to install the water heater ? The only bathroom is attached with the master bedroom. The other common room the light switch is outside of the room... Well.. is a budget homestay. Depends on your need

I would not stay here again. The photos looked nice but didn’t show the bad part of it.

Close to food and shopping

The property has no wifi. There was mould in the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. There was only one bathroom between 5 ppl. The mattress looked dirty and the pillows. I burnt my shirt cause the iron was brown.

Huge space & clean house but sofa 2 seated & the cooking bowl really need to replace with the new one.

We love the huge space for family stay.

Sofa not safe for happy kids. My 4 years old kid’s knee hurt because of the sofa’s frame (seat area) as shown in the picture. The cooking bowl at the kitchen also really need to be replaced with new one and having a kitchen hood would be better.

The check in procedure could be better or given out earlier as on the day of travelling it is very inconvenient to make payment. would prefer to make payment few days before so that all check in procedure is cleared. please update your photo for facilities not given eg refill of water and wifi. Thank you.

Airconditioning not working as expected....it wasquote hot inside the premise. And no wifi.

the location is very strategic and easy to move around with the grab

no wifi provided. no extra mattress and pillows. but the main issue is the internet connection. Also no parking specifically provided for the guest. So hard to find a parking during weekend.

Till todate I have yet to receive the receipt of my payment made.

The location is strategic, however facilities are just normal.

The upkeep of the unit does not accommodate us as one unit of the air-condition was not functioning.

The amount of space, laundry, stove, air conditioning

The apartment smelled of moth balls which turned out to be a chemical used to kill ants It was in all the kitchen cabinets So we kept the door to the deck open, as it didn’t lock anyways
