Truly a time to remember!
We were in Gatlinburg for a wedding 1/21 - 1/25 during the big storm. We didn't venture out much after Friday night but we could have. We just enjoyed our cabin. The kitchen was equipped so that we could cook. The resort roads were cleared in a timely manner. We would definitely rent Eden Crest properties again We hope to return to this cabin again.  Read more

Could've & should've stayed at a hotel.
We've given Eden Crest ample time to fix our situation. However, they haven't bothered to have their manager call back as they repeatedly stated. We booked for Memorial Day Weekend, arrived at the cabin at 4pm to find it had not yet been cleaned. The office staff knew this, they also knew our ETA, yet didn't bother to contact us saying our rental wasn't ready yet. So we stood on the porch waiting for them to clean. The hide-a-beds were awful, coils poked through the thin 'mattresses'. They brought us an air mattress, too bad the pump didn't work. So my husband 65 yr old father slept on the floor while the kids and I slept<br/> in the bowing bed. Which had semen stained sheets. (CLASSY!) I called the next day, was told they'll take care of it. They didn't. The shower has no light fixtures over or near it, only the sink light on the other side of the room. Took the kids to the pool on our last day, my 4yr old received cuts on his hands, feet and belly from the ridgid concrete edges. My oldest son cut his foot on the pool's stairwell. (We made sure to warn others about the spots so their little ones didn't get cut.) I should've taken my family to a hotel that first night! Noone should have to 'tough it out' when you've spent a weeks pay for a cabin!  Read more

10 years
We rented this cabin for our honeymoon and September 2007 and wanted to come back for our 10 year anniversary. The cabin was still in very good shape and as beautiful as it was the 1st time we went! We will be back in 10 years! Read more

Beautiful Cabin
We loved the look and layout of the cabin. However, we were very disappointed in a few things. 1. The living room fireplace did not put out heat. Maintenance said the owner had unplugged it. It was very cold out side and we were looking forward to relax in front of a warm fireplace. With it being off, the living room was pretty chilly since it was so cold outside. The bedroom fireplace did put out heat but we didn't want our bedroom that hot. 2. The hot tub was set so low that we were unable to use it the first night. We turned the heat up to 100 and it took overnight to warm up. Also, when we got home, my bathing suit top, which is solid black, is now brown. We have never had a problem with a hot tub discoloring our suits. 3. We were unaware of how to use the discounted shows. When we were told how we had to call the company to place our reservation that office was closed way before show time so we were unable to go.  Read more

"Great stay"
We loved the cabin. Would like to visit again. I was towing a motorcycle trailer and had to park next-door on a flat landing because the driveway was too steep. Hope that was ok. Know one seemed to mind. ?? Read more
