Quand on est arrivé on nous a dit que l’hôte était finalement complet et qu’on allait nous proposer un hôtel tout proche avec une super chambre. Chambre insalubre, lit humide, salle de bain sale et nombreuses marques d’humidité aux murs ! On a dû payer et changer d’hôtel.

Unclean but friendly and at good price

The service was good. They found us a taxi service to Agra and around Delhi at great price, with also a guide included in the price.

I was positioned at the last floor and my room had a strong smell of mold that stuck to my luggage and to my clothes. Also there was a hole in the wall. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It is not on a principal street and is on a very narrow street.

We didn’t check in. Terrible hotel, it should be removed from booking.com. It’s misleading

The photos don’t match the actual hotel. Terrible condition and not worth staying there.

The entire hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures on website. It’s quite deceiving and misleading customers. Very poor and disappointing. I want to lodge a complaint so no one else has to deal with this. This hotel should be removed. Staff were sleeping on the lounge when arrived

Worst experience of living in a hotel

To begin with, Location: Extremely bad inside streets, hotel doesn’t look like pictures provided at all.. Room: Room itself was filthy, not cleaned, dirty pillow , blankets etc. bathroom was dirty too *poor*. Moreover, no television working Reception: Welcome with rude, mannerless guy at the reception at night with gutka (tobacco) in his mouth . Breakfast: So the breakfast was included didn’t mentioned in the booking that one person can eat only one thing or can drink one thing. Only serve prantha or toast. If one want extra prantha or extra cup of tea will have to pay extra. There is no such thing like buffet.. breakfast is sent directly to room . If you ask for extra prantha or tea the rude guy at the reception area will show his rudeness nevertheless if u are happy to pay more. What else should I say everything is poor. Would not recommend at all nothing is like the pictures or the way it’s described. It says three star hotel it’s not even one star

Almost burned alive in this hotel

Dirty, shady hotel, smells like Urine. The main thing is that we almost burned alive in this hotel .someone set on fire a few motorbikes in the parking .

Would not recommend

We were given a room without toilet paper, either one towel for 3 of us and a shower that didn’t work. We’re not sure we were even taken to the right hotel, it might have been their other cheaper hotel target than this one we booked.

HOPELESS

Only bathroom was clean.

No proper room heating system during this horrible winter, no proper hot water, no door calling bell, no TV remote(not replaced at all until our departure), torn bed spread and pillow cover, no restaurant, food brought from outside and served in the room...no choice of breakfast except sandwich and paratha. ..all NO. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR ZERO FACILITIES? CAN THE MANAGEMENT EXPLAIN? WASTE OF MONEY. ONE OF THE WORST EVER HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED IN OUR LIFE. NO DOUBT.

Amabilidad forzada de su personal

Dentro de todo, el callejón donde está el hotel es silencioso, en una zona muy ruidosa. Bien ubicado con respecto a la estación de tren y de dos líneas de metro. Hay opciones gastronómicas cercanas.

Desayuno algo escaso, poco sabroso y poco variado. La habitación no estaba en perfecto estado.

It would be ok if the cost is 2.5k per day beyond that it is very costly for worth of money.

Room near station

Water bottle provided for one day only rest all chargeable for 4 days stay, room cleaning is not dome daily. Access is pretty narrow and no taxi would come for pick up. More on money as even for normal complementary things are cost here. I am not sure on 3 star rating.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bedding and linens were good.

Food cost is a bit higher, breakfast should have been included in the cost.

We selected Hotel Nitya Maharani among many hotels .My friend told us about good hospitality of this hotel. And really I found out that whatever he told me was true. Room was very specious. All toiletries they provide us I was checked in in morning they didn't charge early check in charges there is a big lobby. Location is good 10 Minutes walk from New Delhi Railway station.

Good enough for a few days in New Delhi. Hotel is located away from Arakashan Rd so you don't hear the street noise. Only a 15 minute walk from New Delhi rail station. Plenty of restaurants or street food options nearby.

Very nice place in Agra! Highly recommended

Very nice and friendly staff. They helped us a lot: ordered taxi and checked that we were not overcharged, met us on our way back to hotel when our tuk tuk could not find a place, helped us with booking tickets to another city. All it was very helpful! We were also happy with our room - it was quite big and clean. It’s also possible to order coca cola, beer, food.

Very poor

We were given a room that had windows with spaces around the sides. You could actually put your finger through it, which means you have direct contact with the outside world. And I can tell you, you don't want that when you're staying right in the city centre of Delhi. The same applied for the window in the bathroom. It was so super noisy, we didn't sleep at all. On booking.com we booked a room with sound insulation. Well, that really wasn't the case! The second night we moved to another room, which was ok. But that first room, should never be given out in the first place!
