They treat. Us a little different we was a big group of family and we speak different language so I don’t know I feel like they didn’t treat good .

The place was so dirty. Our sink was clogged and so was the toilet and both of the best were filthy.

We loved our stay! We loved our bar manager! He really made it a fun time!

Great bar Manager and staff. We could tell that many upgrades had been and were still being done. The new owners should be commended for their hard work making this establishment what it can and should be.

The bed was super hard , just needs upgrade. Room was nice and clean.

For as much as the rooms cost. The mattresses were horrible. Mattresses were broken down, lumpy an very uncomfortable. For the people that like to party an get super drunk they just want an place to lay there head an shower. (Not me)

Overall a great experience, we would book here again.

The location is great, close to downtown. The rooms were clean, fresh towels provided daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice with a fun atmosphere. Convenient golf cart rentals right at the hotel. Also after check out we were able to store our bags for the day, swim in the pool and hang out until our departure time.

There was not anything we didn’t like.

The staff was very kind and efficient! Poll and hot tub were clean!! The bathroom was spotless. Beds were very comfortable!

Carpent had tears in it in the room! Hot tub could have been hotter!

I would say it was ok for me

the pools

the parking was fine but people who did not have parking passes would park in reserved spots I had to keep complaining about the parking and they moved a golf cart for me to park in the spot where the golf cart was other than that the staff and security was great and really friendly

Overall a good experience!

I loved it was close to things within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I did not like how noisy it was during the day time but great for people wanting to have a good time and meet new people at the pool.

The party hotel

we did like that It was close to the event we were at. The front desk attendant was very nice and prompt to help us check in. On the 2nd day of our stay someone parked in our paid parking spot. So the desk attendant did let us park in the employee lot. Overall it was a nice stay.

We didn't like someone parking in our paid spot. But graciously the desk attendant did let us park in the employee lot. We would have liked the hotel to have an elevator as we were on the 2nd floor.

the aminities at the property are awesome! the pool has a swim up bar and they have a lazy River in back. very laid back and not rowdy like some places on the island. bed was very comfortable and staff are very friendly

the rooms are very outdated and smelled old.. no refrigerator in the room.. also you have to pay for parking on their lot even for a golf cart …

Overpriced and disappointing

They played the music at the pool from 10am- 10pm at a level that people in Sandusky can hear. This is not needed. They could turn it down and still get the same effect. I paid nearly $400 per night for the most basic of rooms with no amenities. Not even a mini fridge.
