Had a good stay there. I'd be willing to go back again.

Good location. Fairly easy to access. Staff were affable. Room was clean. Window blinds were excellent - kept room dark from bright AM sunlight.

Due to family situation, it had been a number of years since I stayed in a hotel. I was surprised to discover only at check-out that their valet parking (the only parking available) was additional. Just for courtesy sake I would have liked to know in advance how much it was.

Le rapport qualité prix est honteux. Vous aurez mieux ailleurs pour la moitie du prix

La situation geographique, bien que toutes les places de parking aux alentours soient payantes (sauf le dimanche). Le petit dejeuner était bon mais restrictif : un plat une boisson et vous n'aurez rien de plus! (Et tips non compris dans le prix de la chambre)

Certains membres du personnel ont du mal a sourire !!! Nous n'avons pas confié notre voiture au voiturier donc nous n'avons pas eu le droit a un "Bonjour" de sa part. Soit dit en passant, 20$ la nuit pour deposer la voiture a 10m de l'entrée dans un parking meme pas securisé (???!!!), merci mais je peux le faire moi-meme. Nous avons donc posé la voiture dans la rue, soit presque cote a cote des voitures sur le parking valet et avons payé bien moins cher. La serveuse du petit dejeuner avait les mains dans les poches (quand elle daignait etre présente a son poste), elle n'a fait que nous amener notre assiete et avons du donner un pourboire (car le pourboire n'est pas inclut dans le prix, alors que nous avons quand meme paye 230$ la nuit pour avoir un petit déjeuner). Le lendemain elle a fait mine d'etre plus agreable, mais je pense que c'était juste pour augmenter son tips. Et a ce prix la, je m'attendais au minimum a avoir droit a un jus d'orange frais, mais non. Cet hotel est une machine a fric, tout ce qu'ils peuvent vous faire payer, ils le feront. Et le pire c'est que les equipements ne sont meme pas de qualite !! La chambre n'a rien d'exceptionnel, le lit était affaissé au milieu et dans la salle de bain pas de ventillation et le joint de la douche n'etait plus étanche donc a chaque douche nous avions droit a une piscine au sol. Le personnel de chambre est venu faire son tour quotidien, il nous a changé les serviettes imbibées d'eau mais n'a meme pas essayé d'essuyer l'eau au sol !! Dernier detail : Un ascenseur en fonction sur les deux, j'ai eu le temps de faire un aller retour a ma chambre au 4e etage par les escaliers que l'ascenseur n'etait pas arrivé.

Very enjoyable trip. Valet service a plus.

Rooms very spacious. Lots of hot water. Shower head plus handheld very welcomed. Loved the Keurig.

Short people cannot access Keurig instructions!

IT was very comfortable and pet friendly.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

High hopes dashed by deteriorating room.

Great location, has been very good on the past. Clean rooms.

This is our third stay at this hotel. Our room was not upto standards we expected. The shower head was broken spraying in a horizontal direction. The toilet paper holder was very loose near to falling off the wall. The shower door didn’t seal allowing water over floor and the skirting board and wall paper was peeling away from the wall. Finally the room was set up for three people when we had booked and paid extra for four. Mentioned these issues to front staff and they said they would send someone up to take a look never happened. Life is too short.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Large, clean room with a good shower. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. We left before breakfast on the second day but were able to choose products from the small shop which was much appreciated.

We had some issues with the TV which could not be resolved despite staff trying to assist.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga and would now look for IHG hotels in other cities!

We loved this Hotel! It’s very stylish and has a great bar / entertaining area in the foyer. Our room was really big compared to other places we had stayed, which made our visit very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and arranged a laundry service for us.

Exceptional.

Loved the breakfast selection, very unexpected. Every aspect of the facility was clean and well maintained. Our server (breakfast), Jessica, was very helpful in making suggestions and tips for getting around town.

Overall good time

Top floor room near elevator was noisy from elevator mechanical noise while the elevator was moving, sounded like hydraulic pump turning on and running. Solved it by running A/C at lower temp so it would run all night and mask noise.

It was decent stay for one night.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern

We must have come at a bad time because the credit card machine was down, we didn’t get any wash clothes off the second day so I tried to call housekeeping, but the phone didn’t work. So I had to go downstairs to the front desk and one of the elevators was out of service, so I had to wait some time.

The room was clean other than the blood on the seat of the toilet.

Poor A/C unit. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work so after a shower the room would be damp, and the poor A/C unit could not take the moisture out of the air. we had small moisture flies and mosquitos in our room.

Nice stay in Chattanooga loved the aquarium!

I liked the resteraunt and the wait staff at the resteraunt.

One of the ladies at the front desk said she couldn’t find our booking when we entered and made it difficult to enter into our booking.
