Pratique pour une nuit, solution efficace, hôtel bien situé et belle piscine.

Bon petit déjeuner et beaux espaces communs. Literie confortable.

Pour un voyage touristique et compte tenu des 5 étoiles, je m'attendais à une chambre plus chaleureuse en terme de décoration et une salle de bain plus cosy. La chambre est très simple, tout y est mais ne fait pas rêver. Matériaux moyen de gamme. Je précise qu'il s'agit d'un appart hôtel.

Good with some room for improvement.

Breakfast was good - variety and freshness.

Breakfast was good, although the girl who managed the check-ins for breakfast used her cell phone, communicator , and was also handling the food. I thought it was wrong! She should not touch the food at any times. She also used the computer, then, mixed the food. I thought it was not good standards during a pandemic - not to mention she was coughing . That was a big disappointment with this hotel. The floor in my room was jot as clean as I expected.

Muito bom

café da manhã bem gostoso e variado. Opções de frutas, sucos, pães e frios. Ambiente agradável também! Quarto bem espaçoso, com sala, varandinha, lavabo além do banheiro. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Os apartamentos são antigos, mas isso não chega a comprometer.

Estadia agradável, mas pelo preço esperava excelência

Localização excelente, do lado do Pátio Savassi. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe muito educada no geral.

A WIFI no andar 11 cai com muita frequência. Liguei na recepção e me disseram que "eu era a primeira pessoa a reclamar". Isso é uma péssima maneira de invalidar a reclamação de alguém. É o equivalente a "no meu computador funciona", quando alguém não sabe resolver um problema. Curiosamente, depois que reclamei a internet melhorou bastante... O prédio parece velho, com acomodações amareladas e móveis antigos. Na cozinha existe um fogão, mas não existem panelas. Isso foi um problema pra mim. Academia ruim e pequena, com apenas uma máquina para musculação (existem algumas esteiras). O serviço de transfer gratuito não funcionou comigo. Ninguém me esperou no aeroporto.

Moderada, só ganhar pela localização

A localização é excelente!

O quarto e o prédio já são bem antigos. A recepção não autoriza o check-in antes se vc chegar um pouco mais cedo. Existe uma cobrança do estacionamento que não foi avisado antes, mas no check-out eles te cobram.

Hotel is at a great location of Belo Horizonte (a mall, a lot of nice restaurants and bars). Personnel was really nice and friendly.

The windows of the room could not be properly closed so there was way too much noise in my room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Two of my pillows were clearly dirty. Air conditioner seemed to be from the 80s-blew out more dust than any air.

I had to chance roon because nothing was working

I was promise to get a reimbursement on my last day but the hotel never gave credit for that I was also put on the worst Apartament and the wi-fi didn’t work at all.

Exceptional

Amazing staff and great little apartment, comfortable and clean with comfy beds. Good location for exploring Belo, with lots of restaurants and bars close by, but also good for getting out of the city for trips to Imhotim museum and Ouro Prieto

It's a small thing, but although the apartment has a kitchen there is no cooking stuff in it so you can't really use it. Just a few small things like a knife, a chopping board and a frying pan would go a long way to changing that.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

These apartments are very good value for money. The rooms are a little old, but clean, spacious and well -equipped. The hotel is near the main bar and restaurant and everything is within walking distance. There was also ample parking on the street out the front. The breakfast was very good. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was lovely and quiet.

Good place to stay in the center of Savassi

Good Apartments in savassi. The location is perfect to visit all the bars in this neighborhood. The apartments are a little outdated but still ok and you have enough space for the price. The pool and the service there is perfect!
